My resume : 1992 - In Living Color - the FLY GIRL AUDITION - see ( I didn't make it becaue I was too small !!! ) See- why I hate being petite !!! 1997 summer - MTV's The GRIND (Yuck ) Then trained with Rock Steady for a bit- because I thought I was going to pursue hip hop dancing instead - Couldn't pop into windmills ,air tracks and 1990's Then did some house music video - (back ground dancer) SO that's one more reason why I hate being petite . Wasn't big enough... ANYWAYS ...I'm looking for a dance partner. I need a M dancer who can samba/salsa/ mambo + all the professional latin dances. It's SO hard to find a good partner! It's even harder when I'm at school, away from the city. I'm Cuban (nice to find another latino on here who does the latin dancing thing...).. Where in NJ are you again? This Sat. night there's going to be a ballroom and latin social/ showcase here at Rutgers in NB... and it ends early enough to still go to whatever club you please afterwards! And with a bit of practice, I think I could very well be at competition level. And I've always wanted to take ballroom/swing/latin dance lessons. I did take some modern dance classes at Alvin Ailey, and although I was a bit clumsy the first class, I was able to keep up with everyone, and got the steps down on the first try!
