Hardkiss was using my pipe and I asked him to hurry up so I could go dance. Apparently this got him all upset because he went to Simon and demanded to go on again right then. Well he got he wish and he COMPLETELY cleared the dance floor. Point is - Chris knew how to work us because he played what we wanted to hear.Wow some of you people in NYC are one thing, that's for sure. "It's his own fault for leaving his LP bag unlocked"???? Sure, it was always me, Heather & Chris at his house listening to tunes and sure we would say "we love that" or use our "veto" power. However, Chris worked the remaining crowd and they loved it. Sure you'll get the occassional person who says he sucks but they're saying that most likely because they don't like him as an individual. Hey he was a jerk, but he was also my best friend. Maybe it's hard for me not to be objective but what we had back then was special. Hopefully I can find that in NYC where it's all about the music and getting down to it. But I wanted you guys to know just what Simon's meant to the DJ'ing community and to those of us who went there.OKOKOK U R fucking with me!!!! Sorry to be such a freak on these pages but I have a combo of being a freak about music and nothing do to at work for the next week so these pages are the only thing that have been keeping me entertained.
