egg whites...

cuz when u work out u need a lot of protien to build up ur muscle mass..google it.. if u drink the whites u will get the protien delivered faster to ur body than if it was cooked.

Ummmm, I don't know where you are getting your info from, but yeah, I wouldn't drink eggs raw. You're only lucky that those ones in cartons and such are usually pasteurized. If you're eating raw egg whites that's a great way to give yourself salmonella in a hurry.

BTW the way, whey protein isolate gets absorbed by the body alot faster than egg protein...................cooked or otherwise.
