Cancelled due to area power outages and curfew limitations, tickets from the show will be honored Thursday, November 3 at St. Petersberg's St. Pete Times Forum, where the band will launch their world tour in support of their newly-released Top 10 album PLAYING THE ANGEL."DEPECHE MODE was excited to launch the tour in South Florida," says the band's longtime manager Jonathan Kessler. "However, they're not willing to jeopardize the safety of their fans, who would be putting themselves at risk traveling to and from the event under dangerous conditions."Refunds will be available for fans that purchased Ft.
