I got a 4.3 out of 6 on my performance review and got the same raise as a guy who got a 2.7 out of 6. How am I supposed to feel motivated? I got in some shit for leaving my paperwork on the breakroom table, I told them I dropped it, but I left it there on purpose, so did some other people.
