jerrycxtacy Posted May 24 Author Report Share Posted May 24 A good friend of mine is a host at Hard Rock...and he has some friends coming out from Northern Cali...There is 5 of them...they offered him 10k...To get them a Cabana...and he was just kidding...First off I will let you in on the details...The gentleman that runs the party is only responsible for 15....The other 15 Cabanas...are by the Casino...And he usually books them to close people or people he has dealt with in the past....So to call down there and ask for a Cabana is impossible...Might I add...Just to brag a little bit...I had two for opening day...1 from each side...lololol...Come on I had to do it...Probably one of the only times you would ever hear something that egotisical come from my mouth...But hell I felt special...lmao... oh well, way to much money to spend on one weekend... neverless just for one day lol Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
lalate Posted May 24 Report Share Posted May 24 Seriously, to each their own but everytime I heard someone talk about spending $15K on partying for a night or two nights just for the sake of partying ..... the FIRSTTTTTT thing that goes into my mind is --- there are so many hot drunk chicks you can get 1/2 hour before closing in nightclubs around the world with nothing more than a smile and the backseat of your car as the evening's investment. Yeah some people spend money because of the "experience" and the "music" and to see how many hotties sit "next" to them. Which is cool. But the SECOND a the person says, "oh, and Im so proud I got some", without a breath Im responding, "yeah but you spent a fortune trying getting laid lol. Yes.That's the exact mindset that I subscribe to... have fun wherever you are, make friends wherever you go.But hell, even if someone is spending thousands of dollars to get laid, how is that any worse than spending thousands of dollars on any other luxury? All that matters is that the person dropping that coin feels that it's money well spent. Moreover, it's all an economy of scale. For as much as many of us Vegas locals and out-of-town addicts spend our entertainment dollars in different ways, the fact is we're all putting out cash for a type of personal satisfaction that most people believe they can get at home. epope Posted May 25 Report Share Posted May 25 Thanks Greenie...Whats funny is I met UkJay from Clubplanet because he liked my post and knew that I was the same type of partier as I am....Him and his wife came to opening day where I got them a 2 bedroom suite at the MgM comped and they hung out at my cabana at Opening day...We developed a relationship and bond that he is now coming out on friday to party with me this weekend....But thanks again Greenie...Because not to brag but I really wish more people had my attitude...I am so just whatever man...I just really want to have a good time...And enjoy life because tomorrow is not promised and I don't want to feel like I have missed out on something because I worried about money or I worried about what people thought or any thing else...
