yep, bars and lounges are great, too. any info we as a board can give people is great, and our opinions are more likely to be more applicable and valuable than those in travel guides and such that are written by non-residents and old fogeys !

if you can think of the particulars of any place you went, you can post 'em anyway ! visitors' take on what l.a. has to offer will also be really useful to people who are here on trips .

And what is said is that a lot of those guide sites are ad/placement supported, so you read something and think its great. Unbenowest to you someone paid to have their spot headlined that way, irrespective of how good it is.
