But it's definitely a sign of the times that NYC has become more about real estate prices than about fabric and integrity. Even on St. Marks.... They opened a Pinkberry. I always assumed (incorrectly i guess) that Virgin did well... then again, there is a lot of space in their stores, could probably be cut in 1/2 and still display the same merchandise.Its not gonna be cute when this bubble bursts; there are lots of loaded people but this can't go on indefinately...
