crobar investing any sort of money in the place is nuts. crobar Buenos Aires was supposed to open 5 months ago. billboards were all over the place. it never opened. then it was supposed to open for SAMC. never opened. ever since i haven't heard anything about it.

my noc suggestion: burn the place or turn it in to a hiphop superclub.

another feasible financial idea is to turn it into an adult funhouse. but that could kind of ruin the vibe of the area.

further: im pretty ignorant on this kind of stuff, but if the aquabooty party is as successful as people on this board claim it to be (ive never been so i dont know) why dont the promoters open their own weekly?

We were under alot of pressure to get bookings locked down and well, the rest is history. It was relayed that we should have made the infusion show our first one but we were just helping with the talent booking not the operations...

Anyway, it really sucks this happened...

They need to fill in the main room with concrete and just run it as a rooftop-only club. OK, more realistically, they should seal off the first and second floors like space did, make the first floor a restaurant, second floor a pimped out lounge, and leave the rooftop as is.

the noc situation is like shawn lewis all over again now just happens to be in downtown.....millionaire wants to play monopoly clubbing throwing money and spending senseless....millionaire gets bored and realized it was a costly mistake...........is a cycle it happens every 4 years or so.............same shit.... is actually scary as to how similar both situations are..........it looks like plugs are beginning to be pulled for real.........15 million for that club a this rate you will see return on that money in 150 years...and by then space is a franchise everybody owns at home.
