Commercial Real Estate Brokerage...I sell apartment complexes 8)

AH then you might be interested in the deal im working on....

Lexford selling to Empire: $1.1 billion. Portfolio of 283 properties in 10 different states (a TON in FL) all apartment complexes including a management company of about 200 employees.

Its a pretty complicated deal since its not a straight shot purchase, the financing details for it blow my mind. Its pretty funny, there are articles on it all over the place:

Financing on deals like this are beyond complex. My HP12C Platinum is crucial... 8)

Yup thats the deal. We have a team of 5 attorneys and 4 paralegals working on it full time pretty much. I'm working on the majority of the title/survey review (150+ of the properties) and with one of the atty's on the transactional documents. To give you an idea of how big this deal is, just making copies of the surveys cost $9,000.00. I have 7 boxes of title commitments and surveys in my office.

It is incredible what goes into a transaction of that size. $9k on survey copies is a big number.

Real Estate Paralegal at a big firm in midtown. :D My job is awesome and i get to ogle the guidos in the copy centers and harass the other (male) paralegals in litigation (cause litigation sucks).

Oh yeah and i've just turned in 17 hours of overtime. CHA-CHING!!!

holy shit... :o 17 hrs nice... hopefully next week i start to pull some good OT
