I enjoy being older looking at my earlier twenties in retrospect. I definitely haven't lost any energy and plan to have more once I get in better shape. Daniel, eating healthy, excercising, dancing your ass off, and getting enough sleep will take care of your lack of energy. That way you may drink a few and feel like a rockstar the next day. 8) I have a friend who's 39 and he looks younger and dances like he is 25. I heard the other day that 50 is the new 40. Recently let myself go when my weight reached 270 lbs.I'm 6'4", so I was able to hide a lot of that beer gut, but that shit SUKT!Changed my ways though,,,,got a trainer, stuck to a diet and haven't stopped working out! Since then, lost 30 lbs. of fat, gained almost 20lbs back, but good weight..good muscle weight.....Now,,,,,,,COCK DIESEL BABY! lol LOOK OUT! LOL Men will always remain 18-ish in their head. No matter what's look'n back @ you in the mirror. On an upside...men tend to age MUCH MORE gracfully than women. THAT'S JUST AN UNDENIABLE FACT. And if you're a successful man, DON'T SWEAT IT!
