I use this stuff called Azuelle Oil (not sure of the spelling). It's a little expensive but it lasts and it works very well. If you are Canadian (like me), you can go to any Shopper's Drug Mart and buy it. If you are from elsewhere, any pharmacy should carry it. Just look in the hair removal section. I dont know why, maybe I've become immune to it.What I do on a regular basis might have something to do w/ it though. After shaving (always with a gel.. never soap.. not for the bikini area).. I wash w/ Dove Soap (it has a moisturizer).. Then the summers eve feminine wash (supposed to be an "intimate" cleanser.. I dont think this has anything to do w/ the itchies though).. Anyway. while i am STILL in the shower. or bath.. I take some lotion (I use vaseline intensive care for dry skin).. (there is another GREAT cream for itching, and dryness,.. its called CITAPHIL . its about 10bux a bottle. but its worth it).. aynway.. while Im still in teh shower.. I put lotion, and let the hot water wash it off..Then once i get out.. I apply more lotion to the area... and finally.. baby powder... .. Cotton panties too.. I think cotton panties has a lot to do w/ the itching... Cotton tends to keep you dryer, and you do not get as irritated in certain "hot spots" .. sometimes the "heat" can lead to lil "pricky heat" bumps, and those can be a bitch too.. well.. Idont know if that helps =)..but .. good luck..Oh.. I read before on this board that using conditioner reduces bumps and it worked!First, I midly scrub w/ loofah(sp?) sponge & oil of olay body wash, then I apply some conditioner and shave w/ an aloe strip razor.After I'm done, I turn the water cold and rinse off the conditioner. That prevents the redness in the skin and w/ the bumps.Last, dry off and apply a thin layer of bikini zone. The nuts and anything on the top end of the cock gets shaved.Unlike a girl though the nuts aren't bad if the hair is really short and not too black. From my polling of many friends I find male body hair to be a very controversial subject. Ear, back, upper arm, nose - no brainers: get it off if you ever, ever , ever want to get laid! I mean a few stray strands on the uper back - fine. Anything else is a fucking emergency IMHO!But what about underarm, chest, leg, etc...The responses I get seem to conclude that it is all a big if depending upon the amount of hair, itscolour and skin shade. Some girls like totally hairless bods -some seem to think that that looks like a 12 tear old. Some like chest hair some not. Myself I trim underarm and chest hair very short. But I am loathe to shave the chest. Same with leg hair. I just can't see shaving it. Iknow some guys who aren't even swimmers or cyclists that shave everything. I might consider a chest wax? Who knows. I can be pretty vain if I put my mind to it but mostly I figure its not about cvanity so much as making an effort to please the ladies since they makean effort to please you.Eventually maybe I'll save a shit-ton of money and laser off every piece of body hair below the neck except for a patch of trimmed pubes and some tuft under the pits - I don't know maybe there are better ways to spend $20 000. I definetly don't have enough time in the mornings to shave it all the time, so I can only do it every 3 or 4 days...anyone have any advice about creams or lotions and ANYTHING to alleviate this awful problem?? Anyway, You should try and shave it everyday. If you give a few days in between each shaving, then it will be itchy naturally. Try putting vaseline for 20 miinutes in the evening just on the upper area. Dont go down to the vagina with the vaseline. Just a really thin layer will do. If you dont like the feeling wash it off aftr 20 minutes.If you dont want to go this route, then regular aloe vera lotion and dove soap in the shower. Egg yolks and mayo are even great to soften the skin and give vitamins. Just be careful not to go down to your vagina with the vasoline. Everything else suggested will be fine.
