I have even had friends of mine get searched and they would just send me upstairs to coat check. Yeah, I'm a girl, but who says that an "innocent" looking person wouldn't be carrying a weapon into a club? They should really be more careful, and possibly even invest in metal detectors or something (don't remember ever seeing those there). Exit doesn't have the most friendly atmosphere either... there always seems to be some sort of rivalry between the orientals/ juiceheads/ ravers that I will never understand. I am not trying to start another Exit v. Twilo thread, but not only do they search EVERYONE in Twilo but the overall vibe of the place is fantastic... everyone is there to enjoy the music, meet cool people, and to have a good time. How is that that those asshole bouncers dont search anyone. Out of all the New York clubs Exit used to be my top choice, until when i heard of what happened to this kid. It's nasty on Friday, I mean if you like hanging out with 18 year olds fine but personally it's not my style. it was very overcrowded, and the kids are a fucking mess. They really have no control over themselves, its actually sad. But as for Sat night, its not bad. The place is huge so there is enough room to chill. Honestly is it worth it to go out anymore? What if you or one of your friends happend to be in the way of a fight, and accedently get stabbed or something? And to even be near it and getting someone elses blood on you... NASTY!!! Well it seems that on stage Friday, a man was stabbed by an Asian man. Reguardless of his race, why the fuck did someone have to get stabbed, let alone how the fuck did they bring a knive into a club.I have plenty of Asian friends, but the asians on this board seem to wonder why there is so much hatred from EXIT toward them, but yet, it seems that the last big drug busts, and all the people I see being cuffed are Asians, and now a person gets stabbed.
