And do you play one-handed all around, or do you have a two-handed backhand. The first time I lifted a tennis racket was 3 years ago, and since then I have played as much as I could, and I taught myself the game. I have a lot of fun playing it, and that is what you should also focus on when you play. It is a game, you need to have fun if you want to improve. Tips...run a lot..get ur feet moving all the time so you are always positioned comfortably to hit the ball. And get a good light weight racket.
