drbabybutt Posted November 22 Report Share Posted November 22 Most people who can't tolerate them (like me) are reacting adversely to the high dose of caffeine, it in creases the acid production of the stomach and also relaxes the esophageal sphincter, letting stomach acid reflux up the esophagus.
