When I had this mentality, it just wasn't really a lot of fun since I would end up spending the night continually hunting for women with my buddies and not enjoying the music. However, when I changed my whole mentality and actually went to clubs to enjoy the music, I started to have a much better time everytime I went out. Now, if I end up hooking up with someone, I see it as an added bonus for the night rather than an expectation.The weird thing is that I actually hook up more now by just going to enjoy the music. It's the same reason why people tend to be more attracted to you when you're already involved with someone- it's because you're a lot more comfortable with yourself and not just out looking to get a piece.
