beefcurtains Posted January 16 Report Share Posted January 16 Got my house this past Saturday. 128 days and counting!Anyway you can't get in with somebody, my best advice is to take a day trip down there with your foursome on a weekend. The realtors will take you around. By now most places you'll need just a 1/3 of the money to reserve, so 4 of you should be able to cover it. The rest of the balance is do by Memorial day. cgm Posted January 16 Report Share Posted January 16 IMO, Belmar sucks. Its too Frat boy-ish, and the cops suck. Try Ortley, Lavalette or closer to seaside-but not actually in seaside.
