Serious Ot Question Re: "morning Breath"

Seriously, does anyone know what exactly causes "morning breath"?

Morning breath is caused by bacteria which grows in your mouth at night (or while you were asleep-so people sleep all day, making it more like afternoon or evening breath)...I recommend brushing your tongue and even using a tongue scraper. This will not get rid of morning breath but you will be less likely to suffer from halitosis. :)

Morning breath is caused from the bacteria growing in your mouth and all the heat in your mouth, the mouth is very warm and moist, just like a girl that dances all night at a club, it is not to pleasant downtown if you know what I mean, lol, anyhow when your brushing your teeth also brush your tongue as far back as you can with out gagging for as long as you can, it will help, no one wakes up in the morning with fresh breath, also chew a gum called Orbit, my girlfriend turned me on to it (thanks babe!!!), it is great gum and helps out alot, they also just came out with "orbit whitening" for all of you smokers

morning breath is truly nasty! tempkid, i know what you mean about the beer thing, you wake up like you ate a shit sandwich before bed! rinsing with blue listerine is the best way to get rid of it, keep gargling for like 30 seconds, its harsh but worth it~~:D
