I think maybe it has to do with the fact that they can relate to women since they are more feminine (no bashing here), and that they aren't so aggressive.Just curious. I work for an airline where one of my co-workers is gay, and when the beautiful flight attendants come in to the office, it's like they ignore every guy in the place and just flock to him. I'm confused.I felt so bad. The gay guy I work with asked me (and everyone) yesterday, "On a scale of 1-10, how gay did you think I was when you first met me?" I refused to answer and asked why he was asking everyone. He said that he didn't want to act so gay. I told him that he should be himself and forget what people think. There is none of the cattiness you often find with other women (well- I should say, they are not catty towards women), and the question of sex is not lurking in the background. I think that whenever any two people of the opposite sex (or same sex, depending on orientation) are friends, the sex issue is usually lurking somewhere in the background. Not to say it's necessarily strong enough to get in the way of the friendship, because that's simply not true. I didn't realize it myself, actually, until I started hanging out with a lot of queens; I didn't realize it existed until I felt its absence.Not to mention, it's great fun flirting with them and not having to worry about being called a tease!
