  1. I've been working out alot and I need to get more protein so maybe I'll try bars. Thanks!
  2. I used to work there and I hate to say it but everything falls apart. Don't buy from there the quality sucks. Its better to buy cheap jewlerly than buying it from bebe.

  5. Thanks! I was looking at the website for the clay hotel and it looked pretty nice for how much it cost. We most likely won't be spending to much time there so I don't care what it looks like. I'll defintely check into those clubs to thanks everyone:getdown:
  6. our bodies are different plus we need extra vitamin D to absorb the calcium. So we need more calcium and vitamin D
  7. it is a good plan but I think you have to sign up for at least three months and the its for the lowest rays or whatever they are called. I did it for three months, hollywood is pretty good and its clean.

  9. A bunch of my girlfriends and I are going to visit Miami around June. I'm not sure where to stay or even where to go out down there. I just started researching so any suggestions I would greatly appreciate. (We are all recent college grads so we are on a bit of a tight budget) getdown:
  10. You don't neccassarily have to wash your face in the morning but you MUST do it before you go to bed. My skin has cleared up so well not becuase of the products I use but becuase I make it a ritual to wash my face at night.
  11. I think they are just trying to get your e-mail address so they can send you things.....

You should work out when you have the most energy, if your a night person work out later in the day (I think you need about 2 hours to chill out before you can fall asleep though) And vice versa if you are a morning person. Try eating at least an hour before you work out if you are going to after work, and make sure you get a good nights rest!
  13. Do it throught nasm.org, they supposedly are the best and thats what most fitness places want. Thats what I'm going to get certified through.
