  9. Yeah, everything is up and running !! I wont get into details but as it turns out, someone purposely sabotaged us on the sneak preview weekend. It took all week to get it fixed. okay that sounds a lil better, thx bro 8)
  10. no water on floor that i saw. rooms were slammed. its better than openign weekend. i got there at 10 so no problems getting in though i did hear it was still hectic at door. though not as bad as the first weekend. what time did u leave? cuz when i was there their 1st saturday night the place was a mess...but this was around 5am or so, so it could've been that earlier it was much cleaner
  11. can't miss it...its on the block of 2nd ave n 9-10th st, right by the metro rail on the corner...entrance is thru the back, on 9th st - the big ass parking lot. 90% of downtown is ghetto there's a million n one parking lots to choose from, the parking lot on 10th st across from the club(in between the back of the old space building and metro - Uhaul building) seems to be alright
  12. that's very true personally im no where near showing off at the gym, i just feel that by staying at that weight when it comes to my legs, its just about my standard, anything under 3-4 plates each side just seems very light i feel very sorry for women that love meatheads/juice up guidos , but they got pretty much nothing in their heads...now i know not everyone is like that as ive met some pretty big cool people from working out, but you do or i should say the girls do come across those types, at least is what ive been told or seen i guess to each its own right
  13. TOKYO The common electric socket will serve as your home's connection to broadband with a new chip developed by Matsushita Electric Industrial Co. _ doing away with all the Ethernet cables or the hassle of hooking up to a wireless network device. Products are still being developed, but gadgets embedded with the chip from the Japanese manufacturer of Panasonic products can hook up to a broadband network by plugging into the common electrical outlet, company officials said Thursday. That's because the Osaka-based company has come up with technology to use electric wiring in the home to relay not just electricity but also data. The technology has been around for some time _ including in the United States _ but Matsushita's system is unique in that it delivers fast-speed broadband information at up to 170 megabits per second, which is faster than Ethernet. The advantage is that the lowly electric socket is everywhere. Right now, a broadband outlet still isn't usually available in every room, even in homes that have broadband connections. In the future home envisioned by Matsushita, people will be able to download and watch high-definition movies in any room of the house that has an outlet. Attach a special device made by Matsushita into a socket and all you have to do is plug your TV or other gadgets into a socket for instant connection to broadband, which allows for faster transmission of online information than dial-up telephone connections. Matsushita hopes to eventually sell refrigerators, TVs and other products with the chip already installed. A network-connected refrigerator may allow users to connect from a mobile phone or laptop to check whether you're low on eggs, for example. Or you may want to turn gadgets off or on, such as your washing machine or air-conditioner, from outside the home. But for now, an adaptor when plugged into an outlet will allow gadgets with Ethernet connections _ even those without the Matsushita chip _ to receive broadband. Matsushita official Tomiya Miyazaki said that even homes with optical fiber connections don't have broadband outlets in every room, and people are tired of setting up gadgets with their home wireless LAN device. "Our goal is to have every gadget plugged in this way so that people don't have to even think about connecting it to broadband," he said. Samples of the technology are being made available to companies, including other Japanese electronics makers, that may wish to use it for their products, Matsushita officials said. A demonstration of the technology will be on show at the CEATEC exhibition that showcases electronic technology, opening near Tokyo next month. Acceptance of the technology is more likely in Europe and the United States because of stricter regulations over power line use in Japan, according to Matsushita. The company is in talks with the Japanese government to have regulations eased.

  22. Well what bloats you externally is excess sugar, or sodium. Beer actually dries you out. If you notice the morning after you drink beer you sometimes look in the mirror and are like "daaaamn!". You lost a bunch of water weight and dehydrated from the beer. Yes, beer is carbonated and all, and it might bloat you "inside"(gas), but what I'm talking about is external bloating, or "water-retention", which masks muscle tone. ya well....I don't have the same morning after 'mirror experience' LOL I must be bloated from both sides... ;D that's all going to depend on bodytype, i.e Ectomorph, Endomorph, Mesomorph (and genetics). Im an ectomorph The only alcohol i tend to drink is Corona, only drink it on the weekends say fri-sun...how bad does Corona afect my body type when it comes to staying in shape w/out being bloated. Corona light tastes like crap. I do feel drained the following morning after drinking a few beers, but than i get the feeling that the beer adds some unwanted weight...im 6'5 @ 215-220, was thinking bout adding another 5lbs, which is pretty hard or cut down 5lbs...work out mon-fri, except wed. what would you suggest? When you say "I was thinking of adding another 5lbs, or cutting down 5lbs"...that is something that is either one or the other. To gain mass, you must be in caloric "overload", whereas to lose mass you must be in caloric "deficit". I always suggest to slowly build mass so that you are never more than 10lbs above your desired "lean body mass". This way you will be able to lean down very quickly when you are ready. It's also funny that you call yourself an "ectomorph" (small bone structure, narrow shoulders, thin), and you weigh 220lbs!! That's unheard of Did you mean endomorph, or endo-meso....? 1 beer here and there (or even a few), won't hurt you all that much as long as you don't binge. You can easily work it off in the days that follow (since you said you only do it on the weekends). yea im an ectomorph, used to be thin...i used to weigh about 190-195 b4 i started working out - jan this year, in a period of a 1-2 months w/ the workout/balance diet i was able to go from 190 to 215, and have been @ 215 ever since...im much happier now in terms of size, but people have told me i can still up it more to maybe another 5-10lbs, which i find extremelly difficult, i would really have be doing 2-3 shakes a day at 2 scoops each(approx 20g protein each scoop)...i was thinking of "shreding" 5lbs due to the alcohol/water rentention....but if you say that won't hurt me that much than that's a bit of a relief. Another thing, unlike most people when it comes to drinking coffee/caffeine it doesnt give me any boost or lets say "keeps me up" it actually puts me to sleep quicker. Redbull doesn't give me any energy, at least that's how i feel. Would Redline actually give me extra energy during my workouts? I tend to do quite heavy leg workouts and been meaning to get higher on the weights, would this be something that will give me that extra push?
  23. that song is old now, i would rather here do que paso, paso or que! que! or Ronca! :
  24. lol nice cam i have no real complaints bout mine, none of my pix are that big in megapixels, but than again im looking to capture as many pictures as i can thru the weekend when im taking them...i dont really rely on zoom, personally i dont care much for it really unless im taking pictures of a big room, ect...im not a camera/photographer expert either, just like to take pictures 8) get more memory :-X yea i should, but sending or uploading 1mb+ r a pain too i just got back from my trip in Calgary and took about 100 shots of the Rocky Mountains, speechless
