I have been to GNCs all over NY and have not seen one bottle of any dietary supplement with ephedra. update: Ephedra was banned in NY on June 12, so you will not see dietary substances with Ephedra in stores like GNC, regardless of how much of the ephedra product remained. The formula is all over ebay, however.

I am not pro ephedra but I don't care either way if they ban it. A strong argument can be made for the ban though. I know I will never touch it again.

Stacker has been ephedra free for months... The "old formula" is available on ebay for a decent amount of cash. Ephedra is no good for you.

Without traffic it would probably take around 40 minutes....it is a nice party. You forget that you are in a LI club.

Hey man don't sweat it I got in touch with Bob...thanks though, it was nice meetin you also. I really enjoyed the party last night. The set up was really nice. the venue was pretty dark and the light system was pretty good. Aside from the speaker setting on fire, the sound system was crisp with really clean bass. The opening DJ played really well, I forget his name but he really seemed to know what he was doing. Nero ripped it...he layed down a really sick set. Nice seen you again Ant. The DJ lineup for the next couple weeks is pretty sick, once the kinks get worked out this is going to be a great party. It was nice to be in a club in LI where there was no hip hop and people stayed.

Ojeda looked pretty focused, I have heard him a couple of times but he really ripped it Friday.

Yeah those guys played pretty well ... Qwest I did def did not expect to stay that long either... very good party
