Although I did not post much during my time here, I certainly was out and about when going out was actually an experience. I remember just going to Twilo, SF, Big Fridays @ Roxy, Limelight, etc to hear certain songs I knew I would lose my mind too. This was right before napster blew up and I guess the whole 'exclusive' feeling began to fade. One of the many highlights: Meeting Digweed at the juice bar in Twilo and him making suggestions where to go on my Ibiza trip that year.

Hey deepspell- Actually the night my friend and I spin are on mondays only. They have someone different there almost every night of the week but the music varies each night. I do know the stuff we play is not played during the weekend, since hip-hop, classics, or spanish music is heard. I been to the conga lounge further up the blvd , it is a much larger space but it felt like any other spot with the music. So luckily I was given a night I can play what I like. Last monday was pretty cool, a small crowd came, watched monday night football on the plasma screen, had some drinks and chilled. Calling all house/trance heads from hudson and bergen county. This monday September 6th, my friend and myself will be spinning at the Groove Lounge in West New York, NJ. It is a small but trendy looking lounge with room to sit down and a beautiful bar. We were offered to play on a night where we can play our records of house and trance without having restrictions such as on their regular nights on the weekend (hip hop, spanish). Granted we are music lovers that are 'djing' for our friends so we are works in progress that hopefully can get a small crowd of house/trance heads like yourselves to come out and have a good time. Stop by on this Labor Day for a drink and to hang out amongst friends. It is a perfect ending to a holiday weekend without the cover charges, dress codes, and b.s. Just wondering if anyone knows a particular site that has live house sets online, I know tranceaddict exists as well as dj2k but those sites favor trance sets with some house sets here and there. I would like to see a dedicated site to house or any forms of it, thanks

i know exactly which song you are talking about, it had a chorus which was hard to make out but picotto def knew all the words. Its gotta be some new stuff from him, perhaps from his upcoming album.

LOL thank you yes, that guy was STALKER lol - i saw that guy playing with some other girls hair and trying to dance with her, and then i saw him move on to you, i was like ugghh oh well, you dance well by the way, im say that in the most unstalkerway possible.

Heres my review: -Didnt expect the crowd (ala PVD night at Arc) and was glad to see the roominess in the club. I did arrive at 220, not to miss any of the set. - the dj spinning before was good, and when picotto got in the booth, everyone got even more excited. I could tell by everyones looks that they were waiting patiently for the energy. - Picotto came on and his first song was magnificent, any IDS? i noticed he played alot of CDs , new stuff for wmc perhaps. There was also another song that he played that he even sang along with a chrous, had a funky beat to it(female voice), in a humorous way. - Him ripping off the siren string was funny also cause the look on his face was like "oh well" and he kept on. - He did look like he was having more fun then all of us by the way he motivates us and the look in his eyes with his hands in the airs with the glowsticks was funny. - Musically, lot of new stuff played, Coldplay was cool, he did slow it down from like 5-6, what was his encore, for some reason my ears kept begging for Taub but i guess his sound has changed. -Anyone notice the undercovers? such bad dancers. -Hottest girl was the tall girl with the black shirt that said WERE BACK, mauro piccoto 3-15-03 and also the fuck me im famous girl, who was dancing in front of me while being bothered by some dude with a pony tail, anyways all in a all a good night - what was the encore song?

Unfortunately, thats my biggest issue with Mac OSX, there are not a lot of compatiable programs for downloading except for Limewire (which is not really good for dance music) or this other progra called ISwipe which is soso, i use virtual PC on my machine which allows me to run windows programs side by side with the Mac.

In My Memory was one of Tiesto's biggest albums, actually most of those songs off that album he always plays at any given venue he plays at. In Search of Sunrise series is more of a chillout album that even Tiesto had said in articles that its more of a downtempo collection. I just hope he plays this fri the way he is capable of and didnt come off flat like his apperance at the World last year although i heard he was good at Exit. (i missed that one) but i did see him at Amensia, Ibiza this past summer and i know what journey he can take everyone too. just have to wait and see

Any suggestions on programs to create midis /loops, sonic or mixman so far i seen but i know there probably better ones, any help is appreciated, thanks
