I think we should all chill with the drug advice right now especially in light of the recent evetns @ twilo. Have some respect for a bit.

Yeah they are a great site, but my favorite is the www.groovetech.com
They have all the archieved shows from 1015 in SF with all the big guns droppin sets, most are over 6 hours long.

It is cooming out on Sporadic Groove next month. And once again it is on every bootleg CD by any DJ who plays that style.

Also CP is planning to do a profile on Robbie in the coming weeks

Hey ignore the silly post, we all do.
I think that a write up on the scene in SA would be great addition to the site! Send me an email- tom@clubplanet.com and we can go over some how we can work it into the mix.
thanks,

Hey good to have you back!
Twilo can be compared to Ministry of Sound in the UK, I guess. Great music and sound system, hands down the best in the city. But the crowd is jammed in like sardines, the cost has gotten really high,25-40 on a given night, and the vibe varies from night to night. Calderone is still at Roxy on Saturdays.

I know that this may sound stupid and not in line with the 'keepin it real' requests, but... I was wondering this:
You are at a club, getting your groove on, it'three in the morning, the place is rammed to the gills and all of a sudden you got that feeling. That I just drop an e and I need to drop something else to make up for it. The line to the can is around the corner and has been all night. The floor is wet from the bar crowd and the toilet looks like something out of 'trainspotting'. WHAT DO YOU DO? :eek!

I am pretty sure that he opens for Junior two weeks a month. I know that he is now the director of a&r at Ultra records and used to be the music editor @ mixer mag. NOt sure whick nights he at Twilo though

God Bless America, land of the free. Stand beside her and guide her, but don't let her fuck with my E's.
I hate drugs, I really do. Good article though.

I agree but variety and drama spice things up and keep the board from becoming the 'popular mechanics' of the dance scene. So just keep up the love and ignored the bs.
It's all about the music.

So what is everyones favorite mix of Dreaming?
I am listening to the Lucid mix now and a close second is the Science Dept. mixes by Danny Howells.

I am really into the freefall 'skydive' mixes by Mara and Way Out West. Also the new Red SHift 'Motivation' and Mephisto Odyessey tune 'sexy dancer' and slacker's new single 'fusion'. Top four for me

Seriously dude, you put together an afterhours I will represent, NY/NJ, we need a real afterhours, none of this club-is-open-all-night-so-thats-what-you-call afterhours places. I am talking opens at 2 or 3 and goes till 2 or 3 the next day, ROBOTS Style baby...
The best thing about the electronic music scene is the fact that each area/city/town can have its own vibe and crowd. Don't worry about what NY people want do it for your people. NY people in general won't travel out for anything. The summer of course is an exception, but the clock is ticking.
Bring it!

So much for Markds1 BS from yesterday!!!
She always brings it home, wish I had caught only the beginning of her set, wish I had stayed.

A little more on the 411 for that, looking for some cool NJ action. From SI, and I am getting a little board with city scene. Variety needed...

Hey I am going to have to diagree with Bork, I thought the crowd was pretty good, very mixed, a lot of rave heads, stlye hounds, muscle crews, not to many free-range ladies, but thats ok. Everyone was there to get a groove on and there was some good energy floating around as Oakey took the stage. But I really attribute it to Graham. He fucking blew it up for Oakey to come on and make everyone blow a load. But I gues Oak had other plans in mind. He was pretty minimal, groove trance with a goa-edge and he kept it on that tip for the bulk of his set. It was fitting for the night. Sandra brought it back to the boiling point, but I was pretty beat at that point and had to hit the road.
Remember that the show was almost cancelled due to Oakey being ill, so he wasn't really in top form I'd imagine.
Anyone catch all of Sandra's set?
Curious,

I think the new game is to figure out who DJ Chris is...
Lets see, NJ DJ/producer, has partners in the NY scene...
Anyone? Anyone?
parish
BTW-Its all about the afterhours. My question is how do you do it right?, since that seems to be everyones advice.

Hey,
In that case it is the producer. The release is on Rasam records and their email address is

Good luck,
