Jerome is no amateur when it comes to dj'ing - he was part of the Save The Robots crew, but I'm not sure you newbies have any clue of this history.

i hate to say this...but sad, but true... there is only so many times in these days of "everybody being a dj" that you can throw a fit/be pissy and then take it out on your fans by playing a really crappy set... wasn't our fault he was having a bad day, but somehow the dancefloor had to pay for it with not caring about mixing, etc. Those that were willing to give him a 2nd, 3rd, 100the chance of "maybe this time he'll bring back the magic", have pretty much given up of that occurring anymore. I walk away with fond memories of Twilo with no regrets...I miss those days, but after it closed, nothing he did ever compared....

he should but the fan base isn't there for the club owners to say they will have a packed house/$$$$. They aren't willing to take the risk with Junior.

times changed.... boris and victor can pull in a much larger crowd these days thus why they are getting booked for the one "big room" club in the city these days... SOL and Cielo are not bad venues...it's moreso if jr. can pull in the crowd anymore and then there's the "foolery" of charging fans to be part of his website...the prices are so high it's such a slap in the face to the fans basically saying "jvm wants your money to prove you are a diehard fan...and here's an mp3 for it"

you give some well thought-out responses and appreciate having a discussion about it... remains to be seen if it works. I know some fellow jr. fans, going way back and even they are shocked about this and believe it will take at least 1-2 f/t people to keep up with that site...let's hope jerome, sue and jr. realize that and don't try to take it on their own

fans should be appreciated - not try to suck more money out of them. Junior has been around for years, he doesn't need the money that bad - $114 every 6 months is beyond ridiculous. And to put it in Euro is pure shady marketing... I mean really - was it too hard for jerome to do the conversion and put that. With the previous history of jvm...problems with site, purchases of mp3s that many have endured, etc. - to put that money down upfront is a big risk i'm not sure many fans he has left will go ahead and do. They should roll it out in baby steps with a few things at a time to make sure they are stable before doing it all right away and having people put down so much money...b/c if it doesn't work, it would make those "customers" angered....why take the risk
