i actually like downtime...its dark and gritty my perfect atmosphere def. not elegant and upscale if thats what you are looking for. just make sure you know what party you are going to b/c they are consistently rotating. early nights they have live bands, but after 11 on thurs-sat they open up to some kind of dance music. also, sat nite is all industrial/goth music.

yea, i love visiting the motherland...hehe, can't complain! Club Paradiso is nice, haven't been to GAS. It may be called something else now, cuz I didnt hear of it last summer. There are also two other spots you should hit if you go again. There is a club called Amphitheatre just outside of a village called Lindos. Its an outside club, with a great view of the acropolis, and overlooking the ocean/mountains/sunset/etc. One of my all time fav spots. Lindos itself has some cool places in the village too. Theres also an area called Faliraki, w/mostly second-class English tourists, but some good speed-garade joints, and house too.
Hey, and thanks for that info on the milk party. im gunna do some investigation and see what else is going on during the week too.

yea i agree somewhat...red room djs still play hardstyle, but not like Lady Dana ish. more of an exit-esque hardstyle..haha, thats the only way i can describe it.

Hardstyle is too fast [bpm's] for the B&T crowd, and too noisy for the elitist brooklyn/manhattan crowd..so unfortunately, i don't think it will ever catch on here.
i went to amsterdam, and they have big parties there every weekend. If you ever visit, check out a local smoke shop called Popeye's for flyers.

So much so 1 DJ opted to NOT go on, and the other kept handing me back the tables praising me. In 14 years THIS party was the best I've ever played. Absolute perfection. The promoter himself came up to me just 1 hour into the party, dropped his jaw and told me that I was "fucking amazing" and how everyone was coming up to him asking who I was, Not to mention how in awe he was when it was all finished. Afterwards people even stopped me in the street and at a diner asking if I was the DJ that night.
He called me last week regarding a booze cruise in May. Again citing all the wonderful benefits of doing this party for him. I told him that I did him the favor last time, proved what I can do and actually recieved nothing out of last time as far as promotions and that this time I must be paid. (And I still only quoted him $500)
I just heard from my friend they found someone for free.
sometimes u just can't do favors for people. They walk all over u every time after that.

Adam X is too all over the place for me. His style kinda pisses me off b/c he like gets into a groove, and then he pulls out one of his patented ultra chunky experimental techno joints, and throws me off. Thats his thing tho, always pushing the boundaries. some ppl like.
But yeah, frankie's south park trak was hot. then he laid down three hot trax in a row b4 he switched off.

i stayed at costa real one spring break. its nice, and there some decent action there, but its kinda far from most of the action. Its within walking distance to la boom, but you have to take a pretty long bus ride to get the main city area.

from my experience and using CDRWin, the .cue file has all the track information on it. It also tells the computer where the file is located on your HD, so make sure those match.
Then you load the .cue file into the program, the program verifies the information, and then press start recording. One thing, I'm not sure if you can use the actual .mp3 file or if you have to convert to .wav For my program, I have to convert to .wav
