    heres my take at it.

    Trance uses mainly synthesized sounds with distinct melodies and has higher BPMs than house.

    Techno is more reptitive and uses natural noises such as drums kits. Barely any synth melodies here. Also, bpms is generally faster than trance and house.

    I can't really acurately describe house since there are so many diverse subgenres ie UK Hard House vs Prog House are totally different.

    This is a good topic. I would like to hear how others would describe House/Trance/Techno

    Hey man, I'd love to let you peek but I can't. If I start letting people in both lockers, the amount of traffic will cause myplay to shut it down. Already lost one locker in the beginning of last month doing that.

    Whats up everyone,

    I needed to start a new thread because the old one is on its last page of posts. Please use this thread for all future myplay comments.

    Just to clear some things up to all the members and everyone on the board. There are currently two myplay lockers. Locker 1 has 12 members and Locker 2 has 15 members.

    I have no control over which locker has more tracks up there or who is in whos locker. I put everyone in according to the order that I was contacted. I may even start a third locker as I get requests every day. Regarding the amount of tracks, its all up to the people in the locker to upload, but I will usually transfer songs from one to another and vice versa. Right now Locker one has 170 trax and Locker 2 has 31 trax [low due to some recent deletions].

    If you have any specific questions, please pm me or read the old Myplay thread for instructions on everything. If you want to get in a locker, pm me too, and please include your email address. Thanx!!!

    IM confused

    when you are in the locker section, click on view all, and you will be able to see all the songs in the locker.

    yeah, I had a great time last night. And to think I was gunna leave and go to EXIT when I saw all the goth people on the dance floor. But at about 1:15, Adan X kicked it into gear and the goths dissappeard like clockwork. Went to the meet at 2am which was out of control. Met a whole shitload of people of which I can remember Msoprano and his Bro, DJMikeE, DonVito, Millertime, Trancend, Az-Tec,dzadza and a shitload of other people. That was the craziest meetup ever. Can't wait to see how that picture comes out. Project came on with a short annoucement or something, and then the place was bananas for the rest of the night.

    Excellent time. Looking forward to similar shit during Vicious at Factory next Friday.
