3 for 10 is absolutely unheard of. The cheapest I've heard is 1 acetate for $50 and acetates suck. You can't play them more than 5 times.

OK Man, don't believe it. But think about this...how do you think these bootleggers all have the SAME exact FULL LENGTH albums from MAJOR records labels all out at the same exact time, no matter where you go..brookyln, queens, staten island, canal, dtown mhanttan. You think these albums pop up from thin air.
It is very big business. There are distribution networks that deliver the CDs to bootleggers either on consignment or on a per CD basis. Yes, many of the distribution centers are crooked, being this is an illegal business, but consider that artists and labels themselves leak out the CDs on purpose to make a little extra money, and generate some hype before release date.

I know for a fact that Nas and other HipHop mixtape DJs sell their master CDs to large distributing companies for a lot of money. Then these companies distribute the CDs to the bootleggers on the street. Thats why they are out there.

whaddup, its Tuesday, and already making plans for Friday.
Definitely hittin up DJ Scot Project from Germany at the LimeLight this Friday. If you havent heard him and feel hard trance, hard techno, please, for your sake, come to LimeLight this Friday. It will be off the hook. He supposedly ripped it up at Tunnel last time, and there is no chance in hell I'm gunna miss him this time.
As far as the meetup, there is a thread started by vixxenfoxxy on the NewYork forum, and alot of people are meeting up. It would be awesome if a couple of us music heads showed up as well.
THe meetup info so far is at 2am at the main bar under the dj booth. There is usually mad room there, so a good place to meet up.

Hey whats up everyone. I mostly post on the music board and have been to a couple of meetups before, so I am psyched to get over to this one. See everyone at 2am. Quick question, which side of the bar will we be on? In front of that bar facing the crowd, or behind the bar facing the crowd? Also, don't forget to stick around for at least ten to fifteen minutes for all the stragglers.

Ok, the first one has a male vocal sounds really dark, rough and mangled. It has a pretty long scary vocal part that is mostly the whole song. I don't know the vocal exactly but part of it is
"I dont give a fuck what people say" i think --its been bangin around for a while so, shouldnt be a hard ID
Second, I'm looking for a good Tetris club mix for shits and giggles. A full single not one from a mixed CD too. Let me know exactly what the mix is so I can search on AG/Morpheus/WinMX.
