Thanks for your responses. I am not going to take legal action against them at this point. I simply ask these clubitup people......What good ever comes out of ruining a clean business relationship? Nothing... They took a legitimate shot at me.....If it was a shot that was going to really really benefit them, I may understand but in this case, the minimum traffic help they will receive is not worth the shot they took in an industry built around relationships. But anyways....Who cares.....Clubitup enjoy your extra hits....I hope it was worth it for you.

Hello Miami, I am Anthony Moussa, I run NJGUIDO.com, I don't usually post on your area of clubplanet, but I couldn't help but reading this thread. To start: Miami is an incredible city for music right now. The last time I was there (WMC) listening to Danny Howells' pound out the patio. (Amazing) The people from NY/NJ have nothing but 150% respect for Miami and the scene down there. Our biggest music right now is from your producers. Robbie- Oscar. I heard Oscar at Surf Club last month, excellent job. I have also heard him on the patio at Space (Incredible). Robbie has been up here a couple of times this summer. We have just finished a bio on Denny which is on the homepage of NJGUIDO. If you read into it, one of the questions is, who are your favorite producers right now? and I think you all know what his answers are. My point here is, MIAMI has got it goin on right now, theres no question about it, and Denny is so honered to come down there and play for you guys. Last year marks my 6th year in a row of partying in miami, I have even been down there a couple times in just one week spans. We love Miami up here!!! Although TEMPTS might be on the Jersey Shore theres no question its got it goin on. The place is a complete ZOO. Anyway I just looked up some airfare and its pretty fuckin high. So I don't think I'm gonna be makin it down for this one. Hope all of you enjoy!!

It is trademarked Again, I'm not legally after these kids, it is just suprising that these kids are going to stand next to me in a club and act like its ok to do that to someone. Again I am not worried about them but just shocked at their intentions.

I bought most of the names and missed njguidos....Again I do not fear its circumstances rather am upset about the fact that someone who has faked being friendly in the business ansd has backstabbed me. Again I am not worried about what will happen but I just think it is also my right to point out the snakes in the business. We used to in a sense all work with an understanding but now I know better. I am really just a little pissed at the fact that I've done all I can to treat them with business respect and now people like this try to take advantage of you. They didn't steal the name NJGUIDOS they bought it.....It's like irrigation...you spend a year digging a trench to supply your village with water and some guy just comes along and attaches his trench to yours stealing your water. That is how I see it. In the meantime these people play you like a fool and make believe that they aren't doing the obvious.

No I agree they made a smart move in a hostile business environment. But I am not complaining about that I am complaing about the fact that they did it. Since when did these kids want a hostile relationship with NJGUIDO. I'm just mad because it's like taking a shot at me. They are trying to steal from me. I hope the promoters and clubs recognize their type now. I am honestly not pissed at the fact i don't own NJGUIDOS I am pissed at the fact that the kid is nice to my face yet stealing from me in the background. Anyways who gives a shit ?

I'm not bothered by the whole thing. Why would anyone make an enemy so close in the industry? It seems like pure stupidity. No matter how much traffic they get from this snake move, it'll never make up for the reputation they gave themselves. Oh and I'm not worried competition wise, they're not even close, it's the fact that they are making moves like they are competition and hostile moves too. Damn kids, don't they realize that they are trying to steal from me? Punks. I always tried to be nice to these kids, but these kids are real snakes.

I've never had a problem with any other website and I still don't but I got to tell you this. I purchased many "guido" named websites to protect the traffic and popularity of NJGUIDO.com. Recently I received a phone call from a friend saying type in NJGUIDOS.com (with an "s") Well you do it....See what it does.... Now back to this post. I happened to miss purchasing NJGUIDOS.com but clubitup took the opportunity to buy the name and set up a forwarder to their website. Now to everyone outside of the scene here clubitup has made a good move, gaining all of the mistyped traffic destined for NJGUIDO but in this scene don't you think that it is an unethical move especially when sites like NJGUIDO really paved the way for these kids? In the meantime we are often at the same places as them. I have lost all respect for these kids....I thought the fight they got into at Joey's was stupid enough. Now this? These kids are really starting to show their true colors and now that I know who I'm dealing with I think you should know too. I used to feel bad for them, but not anymore. BTW - I really can give half a shit what these kids do now that I know they are snakes.

No prob, actually was just venting....Being up so late trying to update NJGUIDO gets to you a little... This summer you can't go wrong with Joey's on Thursday. This thursday Kirk Lopez will be there. It will be a great night again. And yeah I thought Joey's was great last week, the reason I know is because on the NJGUIDO board everyone was hungover on Friday and it was still packed when the lights came on Thursday night. Thats always a good sign.

Not for nothing but if you had a good time, why bother making a post just to bash a DJ? Sorry you weren't satisfied with the music. What did you think of the performance? Oh and I will keep the NJGUIDO thing going but since I've been DJing 11 years longer than I've run NJGUIDO, I think I'll keep DJing too.
