OK folks, Heres a question. I am a freak about the lighting in my apartment and I wanted to know if anyone else is the same. I have a ton of candles, but I get bored easily by that. In this movie I saw there seemed to be a wall of light, something like a large rectangular box about 4 feet tall filled with liquid (not like a lava lamp at all) that slowly changes from blue to purple and back, but really slowly giving off a light that is kinda like a glowstick because its not that bright. Very Trippy. Anyway, I know thats a long post, But I want to get one of these things if they rally exist. Anyone seen anything like that? No offense, but that 6 cups of coffee statement is complete bull. I saw something on hard copy or 2020 or one of those shows that did a breakdown of red bull and it had only a little more caffene than a cup of coffee. The Red bull people were claiming that its the combination of ingredients that gives you energy. Is it a placebo effect? Heres my review of Ludlow Bar friday night. BAd BAd BAd..... Weak DJ spinnin a jumbled mix with a terrible flow-through from track to track, line halfway across the place for the bathroom, attitude from women, and some cheezey guys on the dancefloor getting in the womens faces making matters worse. Jammy, I saw it there too. I was at the 6:00 show. I think that is the only theatre that it is playing in in NY. Its a limited release so far, and it hasnt been rated. Youare totally right about having to look away, that scene where the mother is in her room and losing it was too much, you felt totally overwhelmed. I really hope they pick this up for a bigger run cause it could be a hige movie. The main guy in this movie is Jared Leto, who used to be Jordan Catalano in my so called life. He has done a couple of other things like a shitty movie called prefontaine that didnt last very long in theatres. The scene when he confronts thee mother almost had me cryin like a schoolgirl (good thing im such a tough guy, I kept it together!) MArlon Wayans too.... OK, I saw this Movie last might and it is intense. At the end of it, everyone was just sitting in their seats shellshocked! People were just sitting there and no-one was getting up for like five minutes, it was like what the fuck just happened here... That movie is fucking wild!! OK, I had one hell of a hangover this morning and heres my question, do you folks think that alcohol is much better than other drugs, say weed, e, Etc. Nothing kicks your ass worse than an bad hangover, and getting wasted kills plenty of brain cells... Is it just that the booze is so well established that it is socially acceptable to get blitzed and puke on the sidewalk, or in your neighbors potted plant while rolling away nicely in the corner with a fat smile on yer face, or dancing in a club is supposed to be so "Bad" When you think about the people dying of alcohol poisoning in college, and getting stomachs pumped and shit, it seems that happens a lot more often than ODs on E, or well, you cant OD on pot... any opinions??? No doubt if people abuse anything they are f-ed in the long run. Binging in general is no great thing. But if you are gonna binge, whats worse? In my uninformed opinion Booze (in the extreme binge scenerio) will just inflame the existing emotions, where some of the other drugs will controll, or at least guide your emotions in one direction or another. Nobody ever killed a busload of penguins while driving a semi after popping a few e-bombs or even proceeded to beat his wife cause she doesnt like baywatch and has a big ass. Im talking about one night here, not an alcoholic, Socially, I think the booze is plenty worse, but thats such a big topic I cant even think about it. You are right about the motivation thin with pot, though I know a few people who could really stand to chill out a bit and demotivate for five seconds so they can enjoy life. OK, I gotta put my 2 cents in here. I have heard a few people say that twilo is giving clubbing a bad name. The reason Twilo gets so many people there doing drugs and other things is that it has the best sound system and DJs. You can take the club and burn it to the ground, and take the djs somewhere else, call it the assfuck club build a crazy sound system, and blammo, theres your new "trouble spot" for drugs. Do people really think that if you bring down the club that this stuff is gonna stop? Its not like twilo is like the old LL where shit was so flagrant and the house was in on it. They try to bust as many people as they can, and keep the place as straight as they can. Its NYC, and people here will go clubbing and do drugs, its part of the culture here for a lot of people, and good or bad, that aint gonna change if you shut down one club. What people need to do is be more smart and have fun without getting so wacked that they need to be dragged into back rooms. Well, with all the Asian bashing stupidity, I just wanna say that I think the Asian Girls are hot, everyone ive met out have been superchill. And whoever said that people getting f-ed up is a bad thing, I love seeing people rollin hard in the club if they are having a good time. Hey folks, I was looking foreward to meeting a bunch of you on Friday too. Unfortunately, the night started and ended at BAhi Bar. No goodies could be found for the night, so it was just drinks. Sucks that the night wasn't as cool as it could have been. I guess LL just isnt what it used to be. And yep, the few times I went back in the day, things couldnt have been more ridiculous. One of my favorite memories involved the "Bed" room where I walked in to see a nude woman riding some bald guy chained to the bed screwing his brains out, with another girl in a cage at the corner of the room naked, and another guy watching while doing lines. TINY room, I was practically oin top of them when I walked in. I was pretty naive at that point and was like, uh, time to get the f-ck out of here. After that, you just came to expect anything at any time. I live a block and a half away from exit and last friday night the amount of people waiting to get in at 1 am was so f-ing ridiculous I went to Twilo instead. The crowd is a little weak, but I think it depends a lot on the night.

Question, Does taking a ton of water before injesting mess up the effects of E. Do you end up peeing out all of your fun stuff? Is that a bad Idea. Seems that it is after the fact.
