  1. I'm actually friends with christian (the other half of plasmic honey) and the last time that i saw him about a year ago he said that he was trying to get into producing main-stream stuff cause thats where the money is.....
  2. First off $150 a day for driving a cab is good money. I know people who work a lot harder than a cab driver and don't make that..... 2nd....the average cab driver makes 26,000 a year.....BEFORE TIPS.....they probably make another 10 in tips which they definitely do not report to uncle sam....
  3. $2 woo woo's at the back bar YOOOOOOOOO Company B's make some noise!!!!!
  4. Andrew is a very good dj. Cool guy as well.
  5. Thats a crock of shit....The place was closed down for drugs.
  6. From CNNSI: I think when I'm asked about the Jets' draft, I'm going to have some very serious questions. For Kentucky tackle Dewayne Robertson, New York traded, in effect, Laveranues Coles, a first-round pick and a fourth-round pick. And, according to a story in Sunday's Newark Star-Ledger, the Jets were prepared to deal their second-rounder to Detroit as well, if that's what it took to get Robertson. Turns out they didn't have to. But the fact that they were willing to trade four of their top five picks tells me they thought Robertson must have been one of the best defensive players to enter the NFL in years. My question: Is he? Time will tell, and I'm not a big watcher of college football at all. But this is a guy whose name isn't Dewayne Robertson anymore; it's The Next Warren Sapp. Sapp had 10.5 sacks in his final season at the best college program in the country at the time, Miami, in 1994. Robertson had 10.5 sacks in his 32-game career at a mediocre Division I school, Kentucky. I hope this kid can take pressure, because if he gets blocked by one linemen with any consistency as a pro, New York fans will boo the kid worse than they're booing Armando Benitez right now. And if you wonder how bad they're giving it to Benitez, imagine you're standing on the busiest runway at O'Hare this afternoon about 5 o'clock, with no earplugs. That's what Robertson can look forward to if he's not, at the very least, Cortez Kennedy.
  7. Boris had nothing to do with exit going to shit and everything to do with the crowd!!!!!!!! boris has been on point lately. Cheetah Sundays are probably the best party in the city right now!!!!!
  8. Good shit george....just tell skribz to leave the hip hop records at home.....When he spins house he is awsome!!!!!!!
  9. Melissa is a friend of mine..... Besides being hot, she is one of the coolest girls you'll ever meet!!!!
  10. I disagree with one part....Sometimes this board does make a difference. Ask Petey and George. The first summer of merge was a flop and everyone on here bashed it with the dumbest joke, Merge Pizza. This was a Tempts board and slowly it switched. 5 people kept plugging richie and george. those 5 were Sandman, brian, Kosta, Lock, and myself (the rest of you jumped on board long after). Yes, even Dan Fury is a follower....lol. We kept on plugging george and Richie every week about the Booze flowing and Beat dropping. Finally people started introducing themselves to george at Metro and that carried over to Merge last summer. So yes, I believe a message board can make a difference. But as for some of those request on who they want to see at surf club....You can tell who knows their shit by just reading some of the replies. The ROOKIES will respond with Tiesto, Carl Cox, and the likes....The Vets will make request for someone like Morillio, who is affordable....Common sense people.
  11. $2 woo woo's are sandman's favorite!!!!!!! CLUB PLANET MAKE SOME NOISE!!!!!!!!!
  12. When was the last time you heard boris spin????? He has been far from boring lately
  13. All Women are Fucking crazy....thats the problem. So stop blaming us men!!!!!!!
  14. No offense taken bro.....but I wasn't comparing Arc and SF to Metro. i was just making a point. I've heard Deep dish, DT, and JP enough times in my day. those 3 are probably my favorites. Also believe it or not there are still some people who like to drink when they go to factory. I also have been served there plenty of times during the so-called after hours. As far as the music goes, yes the big time, big name dj's drop all the new tracks but with in a few weeks all those tracks that they dropped will be leaked over the net and every kid with turntables and a cd player will be playing those tunes. I've spent waaaaaay to much money on club admissions and high priced drinks that I feel I get more bang for my buck at a place like metro. this is just my opinion. but like I said earlier.....its all about the party. Who cares where you party, just have fun doing it!!!!!!
  15. Times change People change Who gives a fuck, just go out and have fun....Isn't that what its really about anyway. Everybody is a fucking critic these days and thats half the problem . Everyone has every song that their favorite dj spins. I remember going to factory (98) and not knowing 3/4's of the songs that were being played and the ones that I knew the only place that you would hear it was the factory. Now you can walk into any club with a no name dj and he is spinning basically the same shit that you would hear in SF, Arc, etc. I think the big rooms are dying cause there is no need to spend $35 on admission and then $10 a drink when I can go to metro and spend $40 total with the same exact music, less attitude, and much more friendly staff!!!!!!!!
  16. hahahaha....that was great!!!!! Hey paul....have fun at exit this weekend!!!!!!
  17. You wanna get the vibe back in Abyss????? Then they should re-model that place back to the way it used to be.....that room lost its vibe the day they made the changes!!!!!!
