NuSpirit Helsinki It's a full Jazz ensemble style "House"band with a female lead vocalist. The style ranges from MAW to Soulstice, and even a little Trip-Hop Acid Jazz number (like Digable Planets). There even are a few Ambient (Bill Laswell style) tracks. It's on Guidance Records, and unfortunately I could not tell you where to buy it so.... If there was a musical format that is not already represented @ ULTRA what would you want to hear ??? Remember something that it NOT being played on a BIG stage... I'm trying to decide what type of set up I want to do this year? Last year I had a good mixture of House, D&B, & Hip-Hop. But Much to my surprise the Hip-Hop DJ's had the biggest crowd.

I'm a DJ & Promoter.... but this also for a Major Rlease Party for the company I work for Stanton (yes, THE Stanton as in DJ products). Myself and other well known DJ's will be spinning (but I want to get the right DJs for the right venue) So I ned to get a feel for the area, It's been a few years since I've spun out there, But I'm open for any underground dance venue (i.e. House / Hip-Hop / D&B / Breaks, just no top 40 cheez pleez) ~ B ~

It seems like I'll be visiting the long missed Wild-Wild West... But I need a little asistance from my fellow CP members... And don't laugh I need to find a Venue (Club / Lounge) near LA, but specifically in Aniheim somewhere close to 92802. I need a large classy place that knows how to have fun... I have had little to NO time to even read the board let alone Post. But I had to do a quick thanks to all of the people who wished Happy B-DAY belated / not I appreciate it..... esp. since I'm now Officially Old...... I really wish I time to Hang with you guys at the next meet up. But I've got work to do....... So when we meet I'll be promoting/spinning at the club instead of just drinking & dancing (which isn't to bad either). D7 / Phrank / FX & Meng we will ALL get together sometime around WMC. I'm planning another event during that time to launch my LABEL & Residency....... (Some may not remember but last year I had my own tent & stage inside ULTRA. Just a few weeks ago I was there but I did't make it to the main circle of clubs... I was out in Bastille... which was less traffic / less trendy / and more underground.... I definately had a great time! So good I don't even remember the name of the two clubs I went to.... but if you are at the Bastille center, the clubs are on the side of the street where the BIG performing arts building is (next to F'NAC record store). You must go to the record store across from the club, it's called VIBE STATION.... (verrrrry cool place) ask the girl behind the counter where to go based upon the music you like....
