i have techics and have olny used them in clubs. my choice is techs. but having messed around with the vestax, i can see them making an impact in the scene if there proven reliable. i know the mainfloor in exit is supposed to have them. much different feel,but i guess once u get used to them. i also didnt know they are digital.

ur totally wrong when exit opened in sept of 99 it was packed not casue baez and tsettos were residents but cause it was the new "hot spot". i was there every sat before sf till feb. i witnessed the downfall. not only did the music suck but the whole place did. vibe, people everything. it just got worse and worse.

dont worry i have about 800 vinyl from the last 3 yrs. id never give up vinyl or my 3 1200s for cds. 90% of the time i use vinyl.

tiesto didnt remix "angel" on the vinyl it has tiesto's remix of sweet surrender along with "angel" on netwerk ,cause the original "sweet surrender" was a white label. dusted i think remixed "angel" not really feeling it.

no u dumb fuck i wasnt trying to be funny. its a known fact that he had a problem. after he cleaned up he made a nice impact with some actual decent productions, regardless if they were cheesy or not. so i was giving him credit, though none of his residecies (such as a the roxy for like a month in fall of 2000) hes had in well over the past yr have lasted.

thats cause baez has been out of rehab for a yr with a little sniffing problem

look at the low end vestax with blue finish. there usually reliable and sound quality is much better then say a gemini. i had a vestax pmc 25 with was one of the best sounding mixers i ever used.

i prefer the technics dj1200 over the sonys. better bass response and i think hold on to ur ear. though the sonys are better for cupping. i payed 140 for my technics but i think they came down in price.
