Did Draper play any new hot beats after Vicious? I left around 3:30. It seemed like he played all the oldies before Vicious came on. You would think he would have a bunch of hot new songs to drop. I was feeling some of the stuff he was playing in the very beginning of the night before the system was even turned up.

Also, if you are going to export your mix into separate tracks you will need to either select "Disk At Once" if you are using Adaptec or set the pause before tracks to "0" if you are using Nero

You can try a program like File Wrangler. Search for File Wrangler or file splitter in any search engine and see what comes up. These programs let you split a file into smaller pieces and then put them back together. A 10 meg song file will need to slpit up into like 12 pieces to fit on a floppy. But if you only need to do like 20 songs it shouldn't matter.

I'm looking for a female vocal/trance type song. In the beginning and middle of the song they have the bongo drums from Safri Duo - Played Alive. Whenever I hear this I think that the bongo song is about to come on but then it turns out to be this song. I've heard this song two weeks in a row at the same place so I don't think it is just a live mix. Any ideas? Thanks.

My all time fav is Second Trip...I can't get enough of this song. My recent favorite is Paranoid...I feel that this is one of his better songs as of recently.

I really like 180 a lot but I never see it anywhere except for in the city. It seems like all the stores have started carrying red bull but not 180.

I finally checked out SF on a Saturday night and I really liked the music a lot. I was wondering if anybody could get me started by listing some real quality factory songs. I already have some of the stuff like Deep Kemical, The Room, and a bunch of other classics. I'd like to get some more recent vocals and trancey stuff. Thanks for all your help!

Do you know what time your set is supposed to start on Sunday night? How long do you get to spin for?

I don't know who this guy is....but on the New York board Realz put up a post saying that he just got back from the final meeting for the DJ Macguyver party and it still said it was at the World.

Same shit always happens with me and my clubbing friends at school. We always try to get our other friends to come with us and we always ask them a week ahead of time and a lot of them actually say yes, but once the actual friday night rolls around they usually all back down. I think with the music issue a lot of the people only know commercial club songs. At least now some of the commercial songs they are exposed to are pretty decent but a few years ago all you would hear of were those CD's like "Ulitmate Dance Party" If they could have more exposure to it, they would appreciate electronic music much more. But the only place to get good music exposure is at a club and these people will never go to clubs so they will probably not end up becoming fans of the music. The only way they would like the music is if it became the new pop on the radio. I guess people should at least try everything at least once and then decide if it is for them or not.

Red Ck's about a year and a half ago. I actually tried it at home for the first time and we ended up taking two each because at first we didn't think we felt anything. When it kicked it was soooo amazing. A week later we went to Twilo for our first rolling club experience which happened to be PVD's one year anniversary...one of the nights where they had the huge laser show.
