Pack a lunch cause you'll be waiting a loooooooooong time. They give you one of those crazy light up beepers and say the'll buzz you when ready. They say not to go into the mall (Im assuming your talking about the on in Menlo) because the beeper doesnt work that far. Here's a tip - ask how long the wait is........ if they say an hour and a half just go into the mall and hang out to kill some time - when you come back after an hour or so run up to them with your beeper and yell that you have been waiting outside for 2 hours. (get a little animatted by waving your hands in the air in frustration) You'll be seated in no time.
