And over the years we have brought acts and DJs such as THE STREETS, UNDERWORLD, CHEMICAL BROS., BASMENT JAXX, WAY OUT WEST, JUNKIE XL, DEEPSKY, PVD, TIESTO, SASHA, JOHN DIGWEED, FATBOY SLIM, etc The eclectic nature of Ultra Music Festival is unparallelled in the US for Electronic Music. Ultra has a whole arena for Drum n Bass and Breaks. Nevermind the MC areas. If you want to people like ICEY, DJ RAP, DIESELBOY, BABY ANNE and others look no further. Last years first FREEDOM Arena which had Tom Stephan, Tracy Young, Peter Rauhofer and Boy George promoted and benefited GMHC and Lifebeat. A very proud moment indeed for Ultra to welcome and incorporate the circuit community into WMC which is very rare. People say if someone did 5000 people at another Festival it would be damaging. HELL do 10,000 go for it. It's a free country. If any "BIG" DJ decided to choose an alternative to Ultra then we just saved that booking fee freeing up more funds to promote. Again I hope it works out for all. Because saying your starting something, causing all this drama and then flaking at the end. Well that would make the person that started all this look like a complete fucking loser. Anyway have a great weekend. It's standard business practice. 2nd Ultra Music Festival has been donating money to LIFEBEAT for years. 3rd Ultra has never rented the park for a month....that is stupid they reserved the right to hold the festival on a Saturday in March to which the city waited for their final date. 4th I am sure tickets will stay a certain amount until the first round until they are jacked up by a certain person as they do at their club every year. Ultra has always been consistent at selling the first 5000 tickets at it's lowest price and never going above $75 unless they were VIP tickets. And lastly, there are many DJs that have been upset by a certain threatening email that was circulated to agents and managers. However someone, a top DJ on the list, personally made a phone call and let the sender of said email know he will be playing the Ultra Music Festival regardless of whatever happends. oops PS.... WMC & ULTRA are partners as they were last year offering complimentary admission to all WMC Badge Holders. [/glow]

From working with PVD over the years I will tell you he is the kindest and most fair person I have ever seen. I am betting women. AWWW the Beacon......that was were DaVe and I stayed when we did our first CP / WMC trip It's a good clean hotel....not over the top. If you are inly going with one person. And you don't mind. Get a King Bed not a double queen it eats up all space in the room.

BED NY will be located on the 6 floor & Rooftop of 530 West 27th Street. And has no affiliation or partnership with the nightclub below it. BED NY is for all purposes a Restaurant.
