There is nothing wrong with carbs. Good diet should consist of 50% complex carbs 30% protein and 20% saturated fats. You get fat by eating processed carbs and fats together (such as burger king and other junk out there). It always comes down to calories, if you eat more then you use, you will store fat. This no carb diet shit is the same thing we seen in the 80's and 90's with fat. Make sure you eat a balanced diet (including all food groups) and exercise and you will be fine.

They got taken down because the govmnt. goes not know the difference between GABA and GHB. They were looking to get them for ghb manufacturing/distribution. It had very little if anything to do with other products they were carrying. LR was not the only website carrying ancillary drugs, I don’t see these other sites going down, and I think the "crackdown" statement is a little off.

liquidresearch was not the only place where you can buy the above. There are many more such websites, LR was the one with the biggest profile though...

There are many legit internet steroid sources that will deliver, and you will pay much less then the street price. You/your friend might want to take a look at meso board classified section closer. $21/1 ml amp of anything is very expensive. If he finds a good internet source he will be paying much less then that.

Yeah tolerance builds very fast. Someone i know takes 15 20mg pills/day.

Thats around 40grams of protein not including the protein in oatmeal. When i was training and had no time to eat, id eat this 3 times+/day. Now that i have more time i use as breakfast when i get sick of eggs/toast.

I add 4-5 scoops of chocolate EAS simply protein to my oatmeal as well as water. Every good meal if you don’t have a lot of time. Tastes ok too....
