Of the three, I have only been to Osprey, and that was like 2 years ago. I had fun there. One side was a "club" and the other side had a cover band, so you can go back and forth according to your taste. I hear headliners is really good on Saturdays, I would say go there.

Cheap and nice do not belong in the same sentence in regards to seaside. That being said, my girlfriends and I stayed at the Sunset Motel a few weeks ago for a bachelorette party. THere was clean water and somewhere to crash. They had kitchenettes in each unit, 2 beds and a pull out sofa. JUST BRING YOUR OWN BLANKET AND PILLOWS AND TOWELS...just to be safe. It is one block over from XS and two block over from Tempts. Perfect location. It was $150 plus tax for the night. There was no minimum on the nights you stayed either. Good luck
