Paris is okay in my book, I mean, she is doing her job just like the rest of us. I have been to the crack factory once; I was 17, and we went there because it was 90% guaranteed that they could get me in. The first club I ever attended was soundfactory at age 17. We parked, I got past that transvestite paris, and at about 2am a speaker burst into flames and we were all evacuated from the club. Since the place smelled like chemicals we all left. I had fun, up until the fire broke out.

I agree with alot of what was said, however, someone needs to be punished for what has happened. I am not supporting a war effort against Palestine, but rather a hunt for Bin Laden. The United States military has all sorts of technology and spying techniques that range from listening in on cell phone conversations to viewing license plates from space satelites, so why don't they use them to seek out Bin Laden and whoever is associated with him? I know I make it sound alot easier than it really is, but my point is you cant punish a whole nation for a couple people who are crazy in the head. If there were madmen from the United States bombing Palestine, it would not be right if Palestinians destroyed our whole nation because of that one group of people. The media has us all hyped up about going to war with and destroying the responsible parties, when, in reality, we do not know exactly who they are. We should not take action against our opponent until we know who they are.

Although CNN provided us with false footage of Palastinians celebrating, it did happen, and closer to home than you think. In Paterson, New Jersey, a few of the locals were celebrating the destruction of the WTC. Although the mayor of Paterson claims that no such thing happened, one of my mother's coworkers (whom lives in Paterson) witnessed groups of people celebrating in the streets on her way home from work on Tuesday. If it was happening here, in our own country, I am sure that there was celebration among the Palestinians. The fact that CNN did show footage from 1991 is pretty messed up, I will agree to that.

I haven't been out to a club in about 2 months, and since I work all day and spend as much time with my bf as possible I havent been able to check up on the board. So, how is NY nightlife and what is going on for next weekend? Anyone good coming to town? I need to get out, any help will be appreciated.

Well... It really depends on why he wants to go out clubbing. If he is in it to look at shiny people and for a big party bring him to exit. If he is in it for the music, check who is going to be at limelight or somewhere a name will be spinning at.

Yes.. this is old... and I know people are going to complaing... but goddamit I'm impatient!!! When are they going to open up a Twiloesque venue!!! I was at the Area:1 tour yesterday and had my ass whooped by none other than Carl Cox. It brought back memories of Twilo and all the nights that I got the same workout from the likes of Diggers, PVD, Tennaglia, Cox, and countless others. Twilo is done and over with, and I am ready to move on, but there is just nothing to move on to yet. I must say I totally agree with ya. Carl Cox definately kicked my ass yesterday. Oakenfold... I am boycotting him, he totally sold out. I know he can do soooo much better than what he threw at us, but he is getting payed more to spin crap rather than quality trance. Incubus was good, so was Outkast (at least the part that I caught of thier show). I was so dissappointed about the whole Oakenfold thing that I left before Moby. I needed to work today anyways. Cox definately stole the show, and was my favorite. I hadn't seen him since Twilo on President's day weekend. Ohhh... by the way... did anyone see me there??? The boots definately rule!!!! I have black, nine west "f**k me" boots that I always seem to end up wearing to clubs. They are just too comfortable and really easy to dance in all night long. You can't get the ones that you pull on though, the zipper ones are the way to go. When I go out I usually sport black pants, a glittery top, and my faithful black boots. Although, lately, UFOs have become to look more and more appealing (due to the whole comfortable thing). I don't think i would be able to bring myself to wear sneakers and UFOs to a club though, I enjoy dressing up.
