I don't normally go see those scary movies but all my friends were going and so I went. I didn't sleep that night either. I thought it was worth the $9.

It's been quite some time since I've last been out or on the board. Where is everyone going out these days?

Well, I haven't been to all that many clubs this year but i can say that Joey's was not living up to last year's reputation. I've had much better times staying home. The music wasn't to good and the crowd really stunk. I've only been to Sound Garden on opening night , only hoping for the best. It was just the same as every other time I've been there, no good. One other place is Mediterraneo. I really can't say anything bad about the place. The service at the bar is good, the crowd is decent and the music makes you move. But, the scene is still new there is still hope:rolleyes:

Well, I must agree that the newbie sounded like they were telling a story but I can agree that Meditteraneo is a pretty good Friday night spot. I personally, don't care for Metro or the city. A couple of friends mentioned that it was an older crowd and the music was worth going for. So, I finally made it over there and to my surprise it was worth the trip. The crowd was ok, music worth going back for and the service at the bar was commendable. Two Fridays ago was the first time i was there and totally not what I expected. I was told the crowd was a little stuck up. But, not true. So, we'll see what happens the next time. I would definately say it is worth a try, unless Joey's, Metro, or the City is more your pace for a Friday night.
