Frank goes to Hollywood's "Relax" whoa, you're makin me nervous guy. 01 Bottom Heavy / Dibiza Danny Tenaglia orig ... im not even going to talk about this, but i have to... this has to be the HARDEST, the most DRUM heavy song that I have heard in my life. This is the followup to Elements, and I swear to god, you're mouth will hit the floor when you hear this. *** Danny also just announced he was in the studio with Chus & Ceballos this week so be ready for another tribal banger from those guys together, but to be honest, his "Bottom Heavy" is seriously the most raw track I have heard from Danny. 02 The Invasion Greg O orig ... Greg, another great kid who putting out quality records on Twisted, I like The Invasion just as much as Drumatic, but I see alot of people posting about Drumatic, figure i blow you up on the flipside... long island represent 03 Dreams Shattered Mike Morales orig ... portugal boys are killing dancefloors lately 04 Del Gado Hot Coffee Chus & Ceballos ... just go listen to it, lots of drums and great production 05 Calling Me Harry Romero feat. 4. amen, but it will never come to that.
  5. This sucks...... Official Press Release NO MORE SPACE AVAILABLE “SPACE34 SHUTS ITS DOORS” Lately, only negative press regarding Space34 has been gracing the pages of our home town newspapers. Space34 pioneered the revitalization of Downtown Miami, tripled the area’s real estate value, brought over 5 million dollars in tax revenue and chased away the homeless and crack dealers from what was once a completely dilapidated area. We won an award for “Best Night Club” and presented more world class DJs than any club in the US and not a word was printed. We sell more liquor than any other club in South Florida but all they can write about is water and ecstasy. Over 3000 music loving, liquor drinking customers walk through the doors of Space34 every weekend but the media chooses only to focus on a hand full of partiers that choose drugs as their recreational vehicle. Could this really be the only place in town where drugs are used? Who will be the target of their next “investigation”? What local business will they help shut down next? I guess it is true, “nothing sells like negative press.” We refuse to be the topic of any more negative publicity and continue doing business in such a hostile environment. We would rather shut down our doors than do business where we are not welcomed. The media will have to find a new scapegoat. We are tired of being singled out and made an example of simply because we are the largest and most popular club in the Nation. We will no longer be the scapegoat for the drug problems plaguing our City, State and society at large. No longer will Space34 be the target of misdirected and unwanted blame for the drug problems of our community. In schools, at work, on the streets and even in government offices, illegal drug use is rampant and abundant. It affects every part of our society. The notion that Space34 and this nation’s night clubs are the source of drug abuse in our society is a blanket statement that is nothing short of ludicrous. Listening to music and dancing is not a crime. Our government is using the unconstitutional Amber Bill / Rave Act / Crack House Law to try and shut down night clubs, concerts and public gatherings. These establishments should not be blamed for the inefficiency of our nation to control the importation, distribution, sales and use of illegal drugs. Shutting down night clubs will not stop people from doing drugs. Space34 will be closing its doors as of Saturday October 11 2003. Join us this week for our pre closing and the MURK CD Release Party. There will be an official “Closing Party” next week starring Subliminal Records Erick Morillo. This will be the first time ever that Erick performs at Space34 and we are very excited and pleased to have him. He will be doing both Main Room and Terrace sets. Joining Erick will be residents Oscar G, Roland, Markus Schulz, Tony Tone, Radamas. The owner, management and staff of Space34 would like to thank everyone who supported and believed in us. A club is not a club without clubbers and a dance floor is just an empty floor without dancers. We would have never made it without you. Keep on dancing.
  6. i've had the promo copy for awile it has similar loops/patterns from safe from harm, but some nasty synths its real cute
  7. wow, i the song is pretty bad, and the laurent remix is no better.
  8. He said there were too many clubs that offered him places to play at, and as a business respect he turned them all down, not wanting to make either of the (i think 3 or 4) big rooms mad. which is a smart move, but I personally would have just done all 4 no? Ibiza is like all summer long, but then again im not in his shoes, theres obviously more to it then what we dont know.
  9. 11. i have to agree with you on this one. but then again anyone would probably get excited to play at venues around the world other than the same place friday in and friday out. who knows, but i agree with what your saying.
  12. It was a kid named Michelangelo he posts on DTourism.com alot. nice guy, always plays real well.
  13. Im going off what his die-hard fans say on DTourism.com and he hasn't disputed any of what they have said about the records/time lengths etc. he did clamin that Stereo was his longest set ever, and was nervous about this gig because he felt he had some pressure to play even longer, which he did, people were there for the full "19 hours and 15 minutes" and as far as JP, things are going to be changing at the Theme Parties and Regular nights, they will not be going nearly as late as they used to be, and if you dont believe me, read www.JonathanPeters.com -> SoundFactory forum... theres a sticky up about it, closings will be earlier.
  14. He opened up for Michelangelo @ Arc cause he drove to Montreal(worried about flying and the weather), he left by 4/5am from arc
  15. and quote "He broke his 17 hour set record today with a nice 19 hours and 15 minutes of playing time." nothing to do with junior or peters
  16. I have never read about a DJ being to excited for a gig like Danny's excitement to play at STEREO in montreal. He broke his 17 hour set record today with a nice 19 hours and 15 minutes of playing time. I wish he would play 19 hours at vinyl Congrats:hat:
  17. its the cancun of cancun. that hotel is out of control. 3 years in cancun 2 years spent there, and its no joke. be safe.
  18. no no i totally agree, but i mean even on tina after playing 24+ hours and then going out dancing, i would die of exhaustion tina or no tina, your body itself starts to feel tired. he's a wacko
  19. 24+ hours of spinning then going out dancing, dude he needs to relax. thats just obnoctious.
