see this is how places like GNC get your $.....forget all that gimick clean you fast BS....the key is fluids...more specifically H2O...you should be drinking almost a gallon a day... to the point that what comes out is the same color as what goes in.....clear.... ....the true key though is NOT to give the test one of your first four bladder releases of the day.....Toxins in your body build up in your bladder as your body releases/processes them.....you first morning piss is the most toxin potent.....cuz it's been building up all night.....drink enough water so you have to piss a couple of times before you go to work/test....and stay away from Caffiene (horrible recomendation HS) that morning and the night before....it acts like a dehidrater....causeing you to retain water there by NOT flushing your system as much as you would without it... ....some of those test help, don't get me wrong.....but they are not nessesary ....waste of $.... ....water, water, piss, water, water, piss...repeat a few times....take test....go smoke fat blunt(or whatever) and relax...... peace ------------------ OBE is a thing of beauty ... to the beat of the drum ... bang ... to the beat of the drum .. bang bang ...
