i get very depressed after I roll. It totally sucks! The only thing that has helped is 5HTP. I think it really works. I take 50-100mgs a day for 3 days. Although, since I started dropping in '99, I find that I'm depressed a lot more. But I don't know if it's because of e or the fact that I hate my job, I still live at home, I have no boyfriend, I need to find a roommate, and I have no clue as to what I'm doing with my life and I'm 24..... Maybe it had to do with what you had eaten that day. Dropping on a full stomach takes longer for the pill to take affect. Maybe eating an orange (vitamin c) will help it kick in faster. Usually have grapes or something for later on when I'm starting to come down. It seems to help. ------------------ You're only young once
