There are a lot of ways to make you feel somewhat better after a night of partying. (whatever your poison is) Here is my routine. 2 excedrin, 2 5-HTP (occasionally), a few amino acid supplements, 1 b-complex vitamin, multi-vitamin, swigging down with some pepto bismol. 12 ounces water, 8 ounces orange juice. Take a really hot shower followed by finishing with cold water. Light breakfast (banana, a few eggs, diet Ginseng Arizona tea) 30 minutes later...Call a cab from Wet Willies. Second choice...spicy bloody mary. Other suggestions welcome...

Every person has their own preferences. I choose not to wait in a huge line to pee, sweat to death, or be surrounded by a bunch of 18 year olds. It is the reason I am not going. Have fun at Ultra this year bro. I am sure you will.

There are plenty of other things to do besides Ultra that seem sweet. Carl Cox @ Crobar is tops on my list followed by... 2. Murk at Amika 3. Armin at Mansion 4. ?? i bet they have someone decent at Opium. (Cattaneo?)
