according to a music industry insider friend of mine should be out right before easter the day after his set at space in miami, man that stuff was off the hook last night I would post a review but I am too damn lazy and already did on another board

well you must've looked real suspsicious because every other person in there last night was snorting coke and thats a fact ever where I looked everyone had their hands near their nose and snorting

I doubt the place has the space to bring in the big names I mean that place may have 3 floors but its ultra small and gets packed fast at least the main floor does I went to the shelter party last saturday it was all good but it was packed in there no place to move, and it was ultra hot mebbe this was because a lot of the shelter hardcores wanted to be there for opening night and you had a lot of new people in there but I doubt they will have a huge friday night party going on mebbe but I don't see it in the forseeable future

been kicked out of many venues ehh no biggie, but most the time because I look like I am f'ed up and not really am been, I used to get searched on a regular basis at twilo, been booted from vinyl numerous, booted from Exit, LL I just go on no bother in bitching about it, you got turned away at the door so I wouldn't complain at least you didn't have to pay a cover and then get booted

hmm danny howells does on average a 10 hour set, Danny Tenaglia does 8 hours every week at vinyl, Last time I saw diggers at twilo he went for 10 hours,last time I saw PVD he did 8, Deep Dish for 7, JVM and Lee Burridge 5 each and most of these djs do this on a normal Basis whats the big deal about wanting to party longer ? I mean come on I am just starting to peak at 2 in the morning I don't want to go home

how is world trying to make a comeback ? don't you have to have a status in the club world to make a comeback, from their exorbitant prices to see Danny tennaglia when I can see him at vinyl for $10 and the vibe there absolutely blows no matter who the dj is so I think you are mistaken the world just blows

I know the scene is only as good as you make it, yes La plays host to PVD and others but no they don't close at 2 that is what time the bars have to stop serving liquor but I've been to 1015 and Giant both till 6 in the morning is when the Dj dropped the last beat, and the scene will never be good because those who are educated go to NYC and party at filter 14, centro, vinyl, guernica and other small clubs that cater to the prog house crowd since twilo is now closed(a replacement will be back very soon), I mean if you are a true clubber and you go out for the music who wants to hear a measly 3 hour set ? I mean being a dj a 3 hour set doesn't give a prog dj enough time to build the peaks and bring the crowd up although I have to admit that max did a very admirable job doing so, specially with that horrid system in there

NJ's club scene will never flourish with most places closing down at 2 what dj really wants to spin for 3 hours when then can do 5 in the city and get more $$$ ?

very true that is why I don't see something like this party taking off,I mean you could see max was like wtf is this place the most amount of people on the dance floor at one time was 20 mebbe, hehe but there were plenty of people enjoying this one girl there in all white was going absolutely nuts, along with some kid in a orange twilo shirt heh

max rocked it out last night, banging hard deep tech house set trendroid was also banging too, but I've never seen so many people just standing around not dancing, I guess the music was too much for them to handle since darude-sandstorm wasn't blaring out of the speakers or Tina Ann-I don't want another man oh well I enjoyed myself with the crew I was with I doubt with the mild success of the party that trendroid or Max will be back any time soon 2 am closing sucks I would rather go to the city and party all night for the same price I saw max 5 days ago at centro he rocked it there too and until 5am.
