THIS IS THE THIRD TIME, THEY ALREADY SWAPPED A CHEST A TABLE, AND NOW A SOFA, I MEAN WTF THERE FURNITURE SUCKS. i WAS ALREADY ON THE PHONE WITH THERE CORPORATE OFFICE CAUSE THERE CSR'S SUCK ASS.. THEY GAVE ME A CERTIFICATE AND THIS FURNITURE SWAP, WHICH TO ME IS MORE LIKE TOURTURE

First off, I need to know.. who has had issues with furniture and it sucking ass after having it delivered.
