By the way big name djs in no way mean a "dress code" When did Oakenfold ever command a dresscode? I wore sneakers ever single night at Centro Fly on Thurs a few years back so thats no excuse.

Let me start of by saying Big Props to the XS promoters last year they did something I thought just was possible actually happen. They turned XS into the biggest draw down the shore. That being said the whole promoter thing is way out of control like has been stated above me. I as many of you know that the way things used to be is over and dead. Tempts will sag all year other then a nice crowd on Sun. XS will be packed most of the year just because its hott right now. Buttt and this is a biggg Butt things have changed Buttt change is not always for the better. Please nobody here ever ever ever compare Tempts the past 8 years to any of this "new" scene. That is not only silly but its just plain wrong. Tempts my friend SOME of you know was a HOME. It was an extension of the "city". It was actually FUN! A place to hang out get crazy and let loose. Not a place to wear your dopey button up shirt and try to look pretty. Again the dopey button up is cool but down the shore? I actually made it to Tempts and Sunday and it was very very avg. compared to the past. The crowd is very very sad....did anyone see the people dancing??? What happened to years where you could find some really good dancers and not find retards doing flips and kicks for whatever reason? The vibe is lost...and to be honest its been lost for a few years now. I really cant imagine some of the New Kids on the Scene back at Tempts about 7 years ago. Would they get mad everytime someone splashed them with water??? Guys its about FUN!! Why not have some. 5 or 6 years ago every single night was Labor Day weekend at Tempts. People didnt care what you had on they cared about how much fun you were having. Maybe its the drugs and the fact that other drugs are now "popular". I really dont know. Soto I know you used to hang out at Surf and Tempts and you can honestly say that these clubs are better now can you? I think some of us older folk grew up in the Limelight, Tunnel scene to were most of the new kids are basically just products of the watered down new New York city club scene. I know I am rambling but to you new people dont make the mistake of saying this scene is better...it really makes you sound uninformed...no actually its just plain wrong.

Silly comments about Tempts ever being as good as the past are just that SILLY!!! I dont mean to come down on anybody but this just aint the same! Back in the day every single Sat and Sun was off the hook. Every single one. The energy was insane. People were out of there minds! Every single night was as good as Labor Day weekend. Sorry them days are done.

The sickest I have ever heard JP is him ripping apart and I do mean ripping apart Lift Me Up. Oh my frigging god!!! He played it for like 20 minutes and the thing sounded so f ing insane. A few other very noteworth tracks are I Wonder, of course Deep Chemical and maybe just maybe his best vocal I Believe in Love by Paula Cole. Damm I wish the Factory was around, that place was just pure Pleasure. Dont know if any of you know the place before it was remodeled, with the bleachers on the side of the dance floor. God the shit that went on their was NUTS!!

Master right off the top of my head I dont remember Chris but an old but goodie Stern worker is Steve Grillo, and Gay Rich. I went to school with the latter. Wow my goofy topic has really taken off. The main problem is us retards from the northeast. We really need to grow up and start wearing some shiny ass tuxedo shoes. Anyways I have heard lots of reports. Some say "trendy" sneaks are ok some on here say they arent. The best bet is do your Homework before you go out and bring something of everything. Thats what I plan on doing. As of right now the best place with the least strict dresscode seems to be rubber but I could be wrong. Oh well we shall see. Third Dirty is right on about the afterhours deal, dressing up for a reg club is ok, but I was really referring to afterhours. I think my ticket is Rubber. They seem to be a little less tough then some of the other spots in regards to afterhours and dressscodes. Finally did you say something about class, I honestly could care less about it, but you are saying that Vegas is classy? Did you forget that Nevada is the only state that allows Whores?
