i heard baez a few months back at a small afterparty... his mixing was flawless as far as i could tell... but i'm not a fan of a vinyl he put out recently... sounds like pure cheese to me

These were def. high on my list that night... all in all what a mindfuck set thrown down by the birthday boy...

I would say ice and anything with ibuprofen, like advil or aleve, those are anti-inflammatory. and the weed thing, bad idea. actually increases your heart rate, and plus you dont want smoke in that area after you just had surgery... and make sure you are comfortable with enough pain killers... that is essential:)

i never had a problem with paris, and (s)he never had a problem with me or those i was with... however i do respect the right of a club, a business afterall, to be restrictive; to cater to 'the elite' - whoever they may be in the eyes of the folks at the door. However, such a policy quickly breeds pretention in everyone involved And those who know its all about one thing, musik, and everything else is Plus, it just doesnt make good business sense to tell someone to go home who has $40 in their hand they are looking to drop just to walk through that door... SOooooo come one, come all, just dance and do your thing:bounce:

well my tall friend, there used to be couches there... and i'm pretty sure there is a kitchen... but it really doesnt matter cause its like home evertime i step in there and dt is somewhere in that booth

Anyone going? I'm excited as heck to cap off a great weekend of music (friday at Vinyl OMG! another one of those nights, for those who missed it; then my apartment )... Cheetah always gets me movin.

Mike Negron had me convinced @ the last afterparty b4 they moved location:( wicked sampling and looping, good track selection and well timed fx... guess we will find out tonite where the shindig carries over this week:tongue:

parties till 4-5 on a regular basis?! damn! i heard that there is some 'special' event night coming up for juniors party... is it this coming sunday? i would love to drop in for one of the parties there when i dont have much to do monday, if i dont end up at factory

agreed each club is/was unique, and i did have fun most nights i was @ twilo... but c'mon, it was still just another club:blank: and reading about the shyte that went down in the earlier 90s, damn!, I'd guess some of the other clubs topped twilo twice over...
