  1. from what i understand...Tiesto Tix are SOLD OUT....so ur stuck paying 50 at the door I think... im not 100 percent sure but i think that is the case
  2. even tho today is technically tomorrow already..im joining the club...
  3. hunnie bringing her amazing friend who i met @ metro-- YES??!!
  4. yeah if i have to... im bringin a lot of joints I never get to play...tomorrow should be quite the event
  5. u guys are missing the point...whether u like it or not, Luz is blowing up---and blowing up outside of the world that exists inside of SF.... Honestly--if u were that talented and there was all this money to be made--would u say, No JP, please, keep my song inside SF, dont give it to anyone, I dont wanna get signed, and I dont wanna perform anywhere for $$$$$ a show....i dont think so--theres a reason this girl was in that NY music school... will that song sound the same anywhere else? No definitely not. But like you've seen everywhere, luz is going the route of michelle branch-type, britany spears kinda deal....even if she aimed to be like a Tina Ann or a Kim English theres only so much money there--- And as for having Luz at roxy...Hmm..Metro Lounge had her last friday and u couldnt even breathe in there....Arena up by me is having her saturday and im sure that will be packed to the max as well....so booking Luz for roxy.... cant argue with that move--
  6. aww Z...I'll show u some love tomorrow at Rio--
  7. rains wont be that bad....just watch that wind.... tropical storm MBMA is moving closer to NJ as we speak--- Mike Bugout
  8. F UFOS...CMON LADIES>>>>LET THE ASS SHOW!!! some of u ladies have some nice behinds and ufo's just don't express it correctly. Cody neglected to mention that along with her UFOs she wore matching bikini tops which were appriciated by all:clap: As for dress code being eliminated, not a chance. Roxy still has a dress code and I know of numerous people who get turned away each week (even some CP'rs unfortunately) Like i said, Im all about Be Yourself and Be Comfortable, but honestly, there is a way to dress when ur chillin on the coach eating twinkies, and theres a way to dress when u hit a nightclub in NYC. I EXPECT the standard to be higher in NYC, its what makes our city ours. Let nightclubs in Albequerque, New Mexico eliminate dress code. When i go out in the city, i wanna see some STYLE....but in case u have a different view, there are places u can go....such as Arc on fridays, and the list goes on.. has dress code come down a few notches, certainly...My first time @ SF 2 yrs ago Paris threw 2 guys off the line b/c they had jeans on and yelled "This aint no rodeo!!" Now u can even get in there with windbreakers on...crazy.... Zeeker ur point is understood. When i started with exit i met lots of resistence....its gonna be everywhere...I've had posts about me spinning turn into the most random topics and lose the focus, it happens. Funny thing is....its used to be that u could put Spinning @ Exit on ur resume no matter what room and get some dap--nowadays who HASNT spun at exit in some capacity...and if u havent, PM a promoter b/c they are looking for new 'talent'....aka 'ticket sellers' pssst dont tell anyone... Cody--you know I prefer u without clothes on anyway but if u have to wear those god-forsaken pants, i guess its okay. BUT ONLY YOU...no one else.. LET THE ASS SHOW!!!
  9. I also think to anyone who never clubbed in nyc, EXIT was almost what u pictured it to be.... u walk into a place that you've never seen so damn big...lights everywhere, tv screens, people everywhere, madd rooms, hard house beats that you couldnt ID if u tried.... ahh the innocence-- Imagine Fridays used to be awesome--but as peoples tastes expanded, people wanted to go elsewhere...but for a minute, exit was the spot...I knew people who went there EVERY friday for months straight-- but then the downfall occured....security and staff there seemed to go from being un-noticed to being dicks...drugs were always there but it seemed more and more like every single person there was rolling--the crowd became more relaxed as did the dress code...(hey Im all for dressing comfortably when i wanna dance my ass off....but if i spend an hr or so gettin dressed and looking nice to get in, then i see some kid get in with UFO's on, strings flying everywhere and a cutoff shirt on that is all ripped and a baseball cap on--i get a lil frustrated).... the whole AVB fiasco was one of the last straws for me--i call the club when i kno he's not there to have some girl insist that he's 'setting up in the dj booth' AT 6PM?? when meanwhile he's not even in the US... of course I also had numerous DJ deals there that made me want to burn the place...including the fact that my DJ partner, who i used to spin with arrived to exit 30 mins after me and was not allowed in...and the wack promoters who i worked for at the time refused to go get him at the door-- Then there was the white room fiasco with one of our own, DJ Jon Stephen, during the cosmic gate nite, none of us were allowed into the room to see him spin, even tho he sold some of us ticks that were supposed to get us in there..Since no one bought a bottle, we couldnt get in-- There are many more 'horror stories' that could be posted but theres no need to. I just put this up here b/c certain exit supporters on the board feel like some of us are 'obsessed' with hating exit. Its not that. There are reasons why we dont like that place. But like Legend said, if u can go to exit and enjoy urself then by all means do so...have fun there on fridays...its ur life and ur money...and ur decision how to spend it-- I do hope sometime in the future David sells exit and someone else reopens it and runs things the proper way. Mike Bugout
  10. doubtness...what r u...the wicked witch? u gonna melt in the rain? I am AMPED.....for the first of my 2 tiesto shows this month. 18th ROXY 25th NATION in DC....visiting some friends down there so why not get crunked up and do some TI ES TO chants down there... Mike Bugout
  11. okay i will use it in a sentence-- "lets get this jump off jumped off" that help? Mike Bugout
  12. hey im down for body shots.....but definitely before i get on--that may be tricky to do shots while spinning-- Mike Bugout
  13. and nowhere in his cp name is his middle name included... SO STOP CALLING HIM "KETTLE"
  14. wow....im slowly moving from recovery from last nite mode to go out 2nite and rip shit mode...its gonna take a few more hours but i'll be ready...hope to see everyone Mike Bugout
  15. wow...maybe some of us werent in the same club??? I thought Richie laid down a nice mix of old and new...a lil taste of summer 2002, as well as summer's past, and also some new bangers (musicism what??!!) I cant really comment on the crowd too much b/c i stayed in one area of the club all night and didnt really walk around much...It was packkkeddd. Girls were impressive to say the least, I saw about 5 ladies who could become future x wives I had such a great time, and I think its not only about the music or the crowd as a whole, but the company u keep. I was there with friends all goin crazy havin fun. When Mel C and SM TRAXX came on, i didnt say any:rolleyes: i saw more of Spinning wise--I played till 11 and didnt rock anything major b/c that wasnt my job. Opening up i just wanted to set the stage for richie and let him tear it up, which he did. Thanks to those who came out early to check me out...if u missed me, I playing at METRO LOUNGE 2nite with Rich Rydell and then again this wednesday at RIO with tooch... Much thanks to Sergio, Joey, Richie, Dmirty, Binoy, Jar, and the whole deko staff...i had a blast last nite Mike Bugout
  16. If your schedule permits it, Come to Deko EARLY tonight as I'll be opening for Richie Santana and playing till about 10:45 or so... so come down get ur drink on early and enjoy some beats Mike Bugout
  17. okay now its all coming together.... i called Julia to ask her if they give a tracklist but she said to ask some guy named Sal Parma who brings the cd's every week (Sal Parm) plus he told me he had a vocal coming-- He's also got like 5 new tribal tracks that are really good...he brought them to roxy one night when it was slow and rizzo played them all...One is a track Vicious has been destroying.... thanks Dog--now we just need an artist...
  18. def not the new Jana.... Im thinkin its Tina Ann's new one...not 100 percent sure tho. Props to Atip calling out Dezrock on the production. I think its Dezrock who did it, but im continuing my hmwk to find out about this track....its a banger!! Mike Bugout
  19. aka Circles.... i wonder if this one will follow in DB's footsteps blowin up in the clubs?
