Those are nice pictures, but every state in the country has plenty of homes over $1mil.......and the pictures dont say anything about that damn sulfur smell.....must be false advertising....... anyway.....i live in a dark industrial neighborhood, sometimes gets violent, and there are condo's on my block going for almost double any home you just showed me on that page.........and I dont have to live with that sulfur smell

Ok, I have no beef with anyone from Jersey, but frankly I just dont like the place. They seem to have the "Anti-Midas" Touch. Everything people from Jersey start hanging out at Turns to CRAP. Arc is nothing Vinyl was, SF sucks now, Roxy is only good on a Saturday when no Jersey Kids are there, and same with Exit. I remember back in the days of USA or even Disco 2000, you would go in a club and there would be like almost No One from Jersey there, now half the people in clubs are suburban....us New Yorkers keep havin to find newer and newer spots to chill without the suburban sprawl taking over the spot. And jersey people want to act like they have the cultural awarness and sophistication that living in an urban city gives you, but they dont. Thats why 99.9999% of the time there is a Fist Fight in a club, yep, it is jersey boys.......Or the fake-ass Brittney Spears wannabe diva walking around the club like she owns it, yep, Jersey girl....... Jersey people are more than welcome to vist and patronize our city, there is a constitution that allows them to do that..... But they must remember they are SUBURBANITES......they live in little worlds with tree lined streets and white families of 4 all up and down the block, I just wish they would check their fuckin attitudes at the toll booth

If they have it the Saturday before (the 15th), no dj's/people will be there, because nothing starts till Tuesday, But if they have it on the saturday of the 22nd, the conference would still be in session, and the awards show and seminars would be that night, so not many DJ's/attendee's can show up either....... I dont know how they will work it out.

Delta will fly you into miami for $180+tax=$210 thats less than $99 each way.......if you go to travelocity, you can fly to lauderdale for like $130 now i think........just change the hours a little bit for takeoff time, and the price will change, i guess there are cheaper times to take off and land........ PM me for a cheap hotel $110, one block away from ocean drive, right in Miami Beach! It's not that fancy, but it is in the HEART of everything......other than that, you will not pay less than $150 (usually $200+++) a night to stay in Miami Beach......you might be able to spend like $120/night to stay in Downtown Miami (away from south beach......DEAD at night), or you can spend like $50 a night for a motel 6 in Fort Lauderdale

for the n00bies heading down for the first time, here is an approximate guess for u guys..... per person Flight : Anywhere from $200-$400 after taxes Hotel : Miami - At least $500/week Lauderdale or Burbs $150-$300 a week Car : Kia : $150-$200 week SUV/Sedan About $400/week So far, its like almost a grand....... If you are there for 5 days, expexct to spend at least $75-$100 a day to get in to parties and drink...... Thats about $1500 BEFORE food, shopping, gas, fun, and drugs....... Remember, the sooner u get the shit outta the way the cheaper it is....... My first WMC (3 years ago) I payed $420 to fly into Lauderdale cause I waited till the last minute!!!!!! This year, I booked everything a month ago, and I am only paying $100 a night to be on Ocean Drive, and my ticket was only $120!!!

Yeah, prices are CHEAP now....like $170.....if you rent a car, you can fly into Ft. Lauderdale (20 mins from Miami) for like $120 round trip........
